Colby shook his head. "I love you too darling. You don't have apologize…" He murmured quietly. He was just worried about how injured King was. He presses a soft kiss to King's forehead. "I adore you. You were so brave."
Hero vs Villain (O/O)
King gave another happy hum still a little out of it from the pain he was in. He was starting to think he may have a concussion of some type, "I don't think I was very brave. I was just doing what I had to do."
He gazed at the other. He had no doubt the other had some sort of concussion. "Well… I think you were brave. You fought so well." He whispers quietly. He smiles down at his boyfriend and kisses his forehead. "Do you need anything, my love?"
"Mmmm cuddles?" King asked looking up at Colby for a moment before letting his head fall back into a more neutral position. God, even moving his head hurt and it only made everything throb worse.
"Of course baby." He gently settles into the bed beside his boyfriend, pressing a sweet and soft kiss to his lips before gently wrapping himself around King. He rubbed gently along his chest, making sure to avoid any wounds. "I love you." He whispers quietly.
King nuzzled up against Colby enjoying his embrace. He hummed a little as his eyes closed again, "Love you too."
He smiled and pressed a soft kiss to his uninjured cheek. "You need to rest for a few weeks." He murmured quietly, holding King's hand. "Okay?"
"I, I shouldn't though," King began to argue. The last time he took a break, well, look at him now. That's what happened.
"No. We'll train together. We'll make sure that you're stronger. But you have to rest. You understand me? You must rest." He gazed at the other pleadingly.
King hesitated for a moment before he finally agreed, "Fine. Now cuddles and quiet okay?"
He smiled, it was a relieved smile. A tired smile. He pressed a soft kiss to the others cheeks. "Yeah. Cuddles and quiet."
King let out a tired hum and smiled at Colby, "Good. Love you."
Colby gazed at him for a moment and sighed deeply, pulling King closer, gently. He was wary of the others wounds. "I love you too, my beloved hero… now get some rest." He murmured quietly, his hand running though the others hair.
King let out another murmured sound as his eyes shut once more. He didn't want to sleep again, but it was hard to fight it at the moment.
He smiled a little and he pressed a soft kiss to the others forehead. He holds onto the other gently, playing with his hair. "Just rest baby." He murmured quietly. He shut his eyes as he let the other relax against him. He hummed quietly as he sat there, the lullaby quiet and soothing.
King hummed softly as he fell asleep against Colby.
Colby smiled softly before shutting his eyes and falling asleep as well. At some point as they slept, Pax had crept in and made himself comfortable beside King and his brother.

It had been about a week since King came back injured from his fight. Colby was currently cooking brunch, talking quietly with Pax. He had been extremely worried about his boyfriend, and even with both King's assurances and Pax trying to calm down, he hadn't gotten better.
King had finally started limping around the house after a week of recovery, and he hated it. He felt useless considering that he had gotten notifications about an attack at the very least 2 times while he was recovering. He made his way into the kitchen with a light frown on.
Colby looked tired as he cooked. He had been stressed for so long. Watching his boyfriend go out there and work so hard, only to come out broken and bruised. He sighed deeply and looked over at his boyfriend and smiled. "Hey baby… How are you feeling?" He asks softly.
"Bit better," King admitted with a slight sound of defeat. He hated being this… Weak, "What about you?"

Colby nods slowly and walks over to King, kissing his cheek gently. He knew this had to be eating the other up, he could see it in the others eyes. "I'm okay. Breakfast is almost ready… if you're hungry."

King hummed a little before going to kiss Colby's cheek back. He knew he couldn't hide how he felt from Colby, so he didn't try, "I guess I am."

Colby smiled a little at the kiss and nods hesitantly. "Alright. Let me go serve it up." He murmured softly before getting a plate for Pax and then a plate for King. He brought it to the table and hands them to King and Pax. He settled in a chair, but only really sipped quietly on his tea.

King took the plate from Colby and cautiously began to eat the prepared food. It hurt to move sometimes, but he could manage it for now. He glanced at Colby, "Are you going to eat something? Or have you already eaten?"
