Before she even stepped into the kitchen she heard M say, "One of you has a headache. Whoever does, can you take something for it?"

"I'd be glad to." She said walking into the kitchen and (yeah i guess taking something for it).

M sighed through his nose. "Thank you. Jeezus. There's a bottle in that cabinet that should help."

North took a pill from the bottle and swallowed it. It lessened the pain a bit.

"It'll start working a lot better once the time comes on. I get a lot of headaches, so I would know."

"Okay. Thanks." She said yawning.

M grinned and set some food down. "In the meantime, you should eat. You can't take that stuff without food. It… will get really bad."

North sat down and ate a little. She glanced up at Cameron and Xanthe (who i assume are here?). "Are you guys settling in alright?"

Cameron nodded. "Yeah, we're doing alright. Xanthe decided to relocate half of our room yesterday…"
"The furniture was getting in the way, Cameron, I explained this. You told me it was, so I moved it all."

North smiled down at her food. M remember that shirt that I found a long time ago with the flowers? Was that Xanthe's?

Yeah, I didn't want you questioning me about Xanthe until you had a better idea of who you were.

Yeah, she did for a while, until she wanted to come back because Cameron got sick. She originally had your room. I thought you'd like that room, so I gave it to you.

M grinned back kindly. You're welcome.

I said I didn't want to know. I should really learn to tune you out sometimes. She laughed a little.

North turned around again and glared at him. Yeah, go ahead.

M glanced at her. I'm kidding, my god. Plus, you wouldn't want to know. No one in this room would want to know.

She turned back around, noticing she was getting odd looks from Cameron and Xanthe. How do you live with your past. I mean, you've been through so much, how do you deal with it?
