Rykah and Will(because I can't think of a better title)

"Dalton did this?" asked Rykah worriedly.

“He started a fight, I finished it. Now I’m getting consequences for my actions.” Jack said, sounding sort of like a robot.
“Jack, you didn’t do anything wrong…. you don’t have to go.” Anna protested.
“It’s fine, Anna.” Jack dropped the stoic looked for just a second, just long enough to look sadly at Anna. But then the stone cold look came back.

"This is wrong" said Rykah, "you shouldn't have to go"

“Lots of people shouldn’t have to do lots of things. That’s life, Rykah.” Jack said.
Anna reached out for his wrist, but he pulled away. Anna and Will both looked surprised, but didn’t press it.

"I know" said Rykah, "That's how I ended up on this world," he said it regretfully, "Just because I could fly I was forced to do something I wasn't ready for, and nearly got killed…"

Jack nodded understandingly, and Will said, “I’m going instead, Jack.”
Jack raised his eyebrows, then dropped down to his knees in front of Will, the way someone would when talking to a kid.
“Will, listen to me. Don’t do anything stupid while I’m gone, understood? And you are not coming instead.”

Rykah stayed silent, unsure of what to say.

(Y'know now would be the perfect time to have Dalton come back to rub it in I'm evil)

(Great minds think alike, I was just thinking about that)
A tall, large man, closely followed by Dalton, came through the front door, leading a police officer and a short, stout man in uniform. Dalton caught sight of the four kids on the stairs, and quickly made his way towards them.

Rykah froze when he heard someone coming over, looking up he saw the kid from earlier that morning. "Guys" he said it as a warning, getting to his feet his wings going to hide Will from view.

Will moved Rykah carefully out of be way. All three siblings stood, looking at Dalton murderously.
“Awwww…. are you mad at me?” Dalton mocked.
Instinctively, Will immediately attempted to shove Dalton down the stairs. He failed, because of course he did, and instead fell into Jack.

Rykah moved to try and make sure no one fell, keeping on eye on Dalton.
(Also Dalton seems the type who would totally make fun of Rykah's ears tail and wings. Not to mention the purple and red colorings of hair ears wings tail. And his violet and silver eyes….)

(I promise he’s thinking it, but he’s that one dude that would be too scared of him to make fun of him. That’s the only reason he hasn’t yet)
“So….I guess you’re leaving Jackie Boy? That’s one less idiot to worry about.”

"Not really" said Rykah warningly. "Trust me if I get the chance and a good excuse…." his ears were flat and his wings puffed in anger. His tail was also twitching.

“Calm down, freak.” Dalton said, rolling his eyes. Anna stepped up to him, jabbing a finger into his chest.
“I swear to God, I’m going to kill you.”

"Im not a freak!!" Said Rykah, furiously. (Oof that would be his weak spit cause he kinda is a freak…)

(And that’s exactly why I used it)
“Oh, shut up, freak!” Dalton spat angrily.
“Leave him out of this.” Anna said.

"Do you need help with murder??" Asked Rykah, trying to stay calm. "Cause I could legit kill him right now. It would totally be worth my mom's lifetime grounding…"

“I can handle it. Might need help with cleanup though. And burial. Can’t have us getting caught.” Anna replied, staring st Dalton.
Dalton rolled his eyes. “You two are idiots.”

"Who needs burial" asked Rykah. "We can just toss him off an island in my world. And if we do while he's alive he can die painfully and slowly." He frowned thoughtfully. A disturbing glint in his eyes.

“I like how you think.” Anna said. Both of her brothers looked slightly scared(the last time she looked like that, she jumped off a building(long story, and that one really didn’t happen. I’m not that stupid.))

"We could probably go right now if you wanted" said Rykah. "No one will ever know" his eyes were trained on Dalton. Never leaving his face.

Dalton was beginning to look terrified, and like he might wet his pants at any second.
“Mmm…. I feel like scaring him a little more.”

"I can do that" said Rykah. "Get me close enough and I can give him nightmares"

“I like it.” Anna said, but the two were interrupted by Jack, who placed a hand on Anna’s shoulder.
“Stop.” He said, sounding disappointed.
Anna went quiet, noticing Will’s look st Rykah.

(And I’m leaving for the night)

Rykah wilted a little at Wills stare, ashamed at what he'd said. "I'd never do it if it would hurt you Will…." he said softly.

Will took Rykah’s hand, giving him a look of We’ll talk about it later.

Rykah shrank a little, but nodded.
