Soulmate(?) one on one (Closed)

Love you too… Lucas rubbed his head against Skye's chest, yawning.

Skye grinned even more at that.

Lucas eventually dozed off, laying on top on Skye's paws. His breathing was slow and relaxed, and his heart rate had returned to normal.

Skye smiled at him, watching as Marco made dinner.

"You really love that kid, don't you?" Marco asked quietly, finishing up the food.

"Obviously" he said softly

"He's a good kid." Marco gently patted Lucas's back and gave some food to Skye. "I stand by what I said when I first met him. He's very shy."

Skye nodded, pulling said food close enough to eat with one paw.

Marco sighed and leaned against the wall. "It'll be better now, Skye. We're in a new city. We've got a new start."

Skye finished his share fairly quick. "We hope… there's still surviving winter to do…"

"Yeah. We've got the fire and getting food won't be any more difficult than before. We'll be alright."

Skye nodded, snuggling against Lucas. "True…."

"I'm sure we'll be able to find some other street rats and learn the ways of this city quick enough. I'm gonna miss Filipe…"

"Yeah… me too…" said Skye softly, "But it was getting hard anyway…"

(When do you think we'll transition to the small group roleplay? We could have Marco as an available character or keep playing him ourselves)
Marco nodded. "I'm sure things will be better here, especially come spring."

(We could transition whenever… honestly I'd prefer to not have Marco played by too many other people, since his base character is just an idea that hasn't truly been put to use…)

Skye nodded, watching him carefully.

(Alright that's cool. Whenever you want to transition, say the word and I'll make it)
"But nonetheless, getting in contact with the locals is going to be our best bet to survive. They should be chill as long as we don't ask for money or food."

(Honestly at this rate I would set up the new one and keep this one going and see where It's flow takes us… it may be slow… but it keeps going in new directions…)
"Exactly…" said Skye, "Maybe they'll actually let us get jobs…"

"Maybe. We'll have to partially hide our identities, but that wouldn't be too bad." Marco finished his food.

"We've done that before…" said Skye.
(I have no clue…)

Marco nodded, tossing some food in front of Lucas for him to eat when he woke up. "Fake names or no?"
(Probably just 'Street Kids Roleplay' or something)

"Nah.. easier to keep up a lie if there's truth…" he said.
(Sure!)

"Yeah, you're right. What kind of job are you going to try and get?"

"Any kind" said Skye softly.

Marco nodded. "I might just be a vendor or something at first." Lucas woke up and yawned, starting to eat the food in front of him.

Skye smiled at him, nuzzling the other after nodding in Marco's direction.

"Like Luke suggested earlier, he might be good at begging for food when he isn't injured. Kid, are you even old enough to get a proper job?" Marco asked in a teasing manner. Lucas rolled his eyes. "I'm seventeen!"

(Idk how old you have to be to legally get a job in America, but its 14 in canada)
Skye nodded, "First you have to heal then shift back.." he said softly.

(It depends, but 15 or 16 is average. Marco's just teasing Lucas bc he's the youngest tho)
Lucas nodded as well. "How long do you think it'll be until I can shift back?"
(Would Lucas start off in dog form in the other rp because he's still hurt?)
