Zenith nods. "I know what a hug is- Crystal has given me one before when I was having a flashback. That made things worse, but she was trying. And- well, I don't really have any family. I mean, you could count Marcus, since he's the one who created me, but… yeah." He sounds nonchalant when he mentions his lack of family. Like he doesn't really care. And… he kinda doesn't. "I mean, Crystal's like a mom to me, so I don't know if that counts…"
"Well. I consider friends as family. Just because there isn't legal or blood binding doesn't mean you don't HAVE family. Crystal could be a mom to you. You can see her in that sense. That's always okay." She nodded, glad to be off the subject of kisses.

Zenith laughs. "Nothing I do is legal. Me existing off of government property or anywhere a government agent tells me to go is illegal. And blood, well, its probably best for no one to have my blood." He admits, completely missing what she's trying to say.
She rolls her eyes. "Just-nevermind ya goof. You'll get it eventually." She sighed and got out of his lap, and stretched out on the couch, legs stretched across his lap. "Ask something else. Oh and feel free to ask about me as well."

Zenith pauses. After a moment, he decides on what he's going to ask. "So I know I've heard the term 'debt' before, and you mentioned it and I pretended I knew what it meant but I kinda forgot what it meant." He gives a sheepish smile.
"Debt means you take more than what you can give, and so you owe a debt. You gotta work on paying it back. It usually refers to money and banks and stuff. Ask Crystal about banking and bills and insurance and crap. That stuff bores me to much to explain it."

Zenith nods again. "So it means you owe someone?" He pauses a moment. "How'd you get into debt?" He asks softly.
"I spent a lot of money, so much money that I simply couldn't pay it back. I used a credit card. Ask someone else what that is. So I faked my death, loaded the debt onto my father, and started a new life."

Zenith pauses. He seems to be deep in thought. After a moment, he asks, "How much money?"
"Uhm. A LOT…look mechanics are NOT cheap, especially mine." She points to her shoes. "A 5 thousand or so went into these alone. Sorta. That's a ball park number though." She sighed. "And of course keeping them in good maintenance and stuff, that's a whole other thing alone."

Zenith nods. "So if we say each is six thousand- as an estimate, of course- how many would there be?" He tries to keep the crafty look off his face, but he's not sure he's succeeding. He tries to budget, sure, but what's the point of being a billionaire- even a secret billionaire- without blowing some cash on things from time to time?
"What?" She asked confused, looking at him. "How many-?" She looked confused as she stared at him, boggled by him.

Zenith gives his best innocent smile. "How many inventions did you make?"

Zenith nods. "Okay, how many did you have her make?"
"I'm not in debt with her if that's what you're thinking,but everything I got."

Zenith pauses. "… you said you were in debt earlier though? Just- who are you in debt to, and how much? I'm betting its within my bud- well not technically my budget, but I can afford it. I put myself on a budget so I don't spend all of my money but-" He turns a little red. "-I think you're worth it."
"The governornment. The banks. Bajillions of dollars. I bought myself a private plane with my credit card. So I told the world I was dead and left it to my dad to pay. And. I'm not worth anything." She sighed.

Zenith tries not to say it, he really does, but he's never really had feelings like this before and it just kinda slips out as a whisper-
"You're worth everything."
He immediately flushes red and shifts so he can shove his face in a blanket.
She then grabs the blanket and hides in it as well. "I-I AM NOT! I KILL PEOPLE FOR A LIVING! I am worth nothing. I'll just ruin your life! Don't go falling in love with me. Just like everyone else, you'll regret it. Use me, toss me aside, hate me, leave when times get rough." It was obvious that Evelyn just didn't have the best of luck with love at all. Or not very good luck in general.

Zenith blinks. "You kill people for a living." He doesn't sound upset. He sounds… amused.
Then he starts laughing. "You- of course. How did I not see it?" He facepalms. After a moment, he quiets, but he's still smiling. "Remember what I put for my job? I wasn't kidding."
"Neat. I don't really care. Killing the people trying to protect our country,good for you." She sighed and got up, then laid back on the couch,legs over the arm of it,head in his lap as she looked up at the ceiling. "Bout time we had some change." She sighed as she stretched a bit and got comfy.

Zenith sighs. "Okay first of all, I don't attack them unless they attack me. Second, I'm saying that I don't give a shit if you kill people. And as for that whole falling in love bit… I mean, I've never done it before so I don't know what I'm talking about, but I don't think that something either of us get a say in."
"It can be." She shrugged as she turned her head and looked at him. "You still have such pretty eyes…anyways. I know you've already fallen. Tis a mistake. Ill ruin you."

Zenith laughs. "Can't ruin what's already been ruined, now can you? Trust me when I say that no matter what happens, it's impossible for me to be off worse than I was before I met you."
"Oh you say that now." She sighed and shrugged. "We'll just see."

Zenith smiles. But before he can say anything, the door is slammed open, with Katsumi standing there. "Zenith, what the fuck."
Zenith starts reaching for his katana. "What?"
"You actually made an account on the dating site." Katsumi crosses her arms.
"So?" Zenith glares.
"I didn't think you'd actually do it, much less meet someone."
"HEY! Don't be so mean to him,he's awesome!" She said, her hand slipping into his, her other arm wrapping around his legs and hugging them close.

Katsumi arches an eyebrow at Evelyn.
“Zenith, I swear to God-“
“I’m an atheist, but continue.” Zenith interrupts.
“She doesn’t know what she’s getting into!” Katsumi tries.
“I told her.” Zenith admits.
“You- you told her. You told a random person that you just met about your past?” Katsumi demands.
“…maybe?”
“Zenith, you f*cking idiot.”
