I'm thinking about using my non-binary character, their name is Jayden Hyland
Alrighty. My character is Taylor Raymond Tippit, but he hates his name and usually goes by Ray or Trey/Tray (courtesy of his friend group). He has three younger siblings that he's basically the sole caretaker of since his father died and his mother is almost always gone with her new boyfriend. (Make that two siblings, Liam actually died in his story oof)
He sounds good, and I'm going to expand on Jayden.
They're around 5'6 with dark purple hair, nut brown eyes and tan skin, along with glasses kind of like Harry Potter's. Their fashion sense mostly consists of clothes BTS would probably wear and their personality is the literal definition of a cinnamon roll
Oh yeah, appearance and stuff. Ray is probably around that height as well, and he has wavy brown hair. He has blue eyes and freckles, and has an olivey/pale tan skin tone. He's super super protective of his siblings, and can be very closed off to people other than his small friend group. His friend group is technically a 'gang', but really it's just a small group of teenage boys who hang out behind the school sometimes. His best friend and leader of the group is Pick (Peter), and they're pretty close. Pick is like his older brother. Ray has no idea how to deal with his problems in a healthy way and will typically just disappear without warning for an extended period of time until he feels okay enough to come out. He's willing to cautiously open up to his close friends, though

Sure. I'll say twenty, which would make his living siblings… uh… fifteen and nine. The fifteen year old is his sister Maddy, and his brother Nolan is nine. If Liam were alive, he'd be twelve

Taylor was laying on his back, staring blankly at the ceiling. He and Jayden had gotten very drunk, mostly to drown away their sorrows, but also for fun. Taylor had never been drunk before, so they were curious what kind of drunk he would be. "Hey…" He said in a slurred voice. "Hey, Jay…"
Jayden had been giggling for ten minutes straight about something they had seen ten minutes ago that wasn't even funny, but they had calmed down their giggling when they heard Taylor. "Hmm, yes, Tay..?"
"Why do flamingos stand on one leg?" Taylor turned his head to look at Jayden, waiting a few seconds before answering for himself. "Because if they brought the other one up too, they'd fall over." He started giggling as well, his brain completely fried.
Jayden started giggling again, holding their stomach as they rolled on the floor. "Then why do they even stand on one leg in the first place?"
"I dunno man… flamingos are fuckin' weird…" Taylor stuck his tongue out a bit, his eyes unfocused. "Hey, Jay. What do I look like?"
Jayden nodded in agreement. "They are very fucking weird." They also stuck their tongue out, looking at Ray with a smile on their face. "Hmmm–" Their lips turned into a small pout as they tried to focus on Ray, making them look very cute"–Brunet hair, blue eyes, and freckles. We're the same height and you can see your skin so I don't need to describe that."
"Am I prettyyyy?" Taylor sat up and coughed, his face a bit flushed from the alcohol. "You're pretty…" He booped Jayden's nose with one finger.
