//parking lot now, problem//
"Hello Jackson, what can I do for your worthless self today?" he said with a cruel smile

Marina stood up quickly.

On my way

She looped her backpack over one shoulder and Cas's over the other. She sprinted as fast as she could to the parking lot.

"Oh nothing just wanted to see you freak out" he smiled as he advanced towards Cas,
"leave me alone, despite how much i hate you, i don't want to hurt you" Cas said backing up

Marina burst through the doors and saw Jackson approaching Cas. She ran towards them.

"Jackson I'm warn- ahh" Jackson punched him in the stomach
"shut up, you got me in trouble in class with our teacher now you must pay"

Marina dropped the bags to run faster and knelt down to help Cas up. "Cas?" she whispered in his ear. "Cas, don't lose control."

"harder than it looks," he growled, trying hard not to burst "get me outta here water girl, I don't think I can hold it in much longer." he pleaded

"run with your girlfriend, just like always," Jackson laughed

Marina kissed Cas's cheek softly. "Give me a minute." She stood to face Jackson and shook her head. "You messed with the wrong people," she said quietly.

"have I now? the nerd and the dumb geek. tell me marina, how have i messed with you, I'm just teasing." he said with a smile

Cas let out a low growl "Mar- don't"

Marina's body tensed. Her fingers curled into a fist. "You wanted me to beat the daylights outta you?"

"ha as if you could girly"
"Mar-please don't" he begged "he's not worth it" he stood, fore flickering his eyes

"I can handle myself," she told Cas before turning back to Jackson "What do you want to bet," she growled.

"If you beat me, i'll leave you two alone. and if I beat you…you become my girlfriend" he smiled, knowing he would win
"Jackson you jerk." he groaned as he felt another wave of suppressed fire wash over him.

"Deal," Marina replied shortly. The water powers that usually trickled through her like a peaceful stream began raging waves during a storm. She would not loose.

Jackson's smile faded as he saw how serious she was "Marina, I'm going to fight you." he backed away, seeing water rush to her in a wave "oh my god what are you?!"

Marina snapped out of some kind of daze. Her eyes were wide and her breathing was quick and clipped.

Jackson went sprinting away in terror

Cas had passed out a while ago from the nausea and pain

Marina turned and knelt beside Cas. "Oh no… Cas? Cas, wake up."

He groaned "I'm up, I'm up." He blinked a couple time, the fire extinguishing from his eyes "tell me you drowned him."

"No, he… he ran away," she whispered.

He nodded and sat up "at least he didn't get you." He said with a smile

"Are you okay?" she asked, looking at his face.

He nodded and stood "yeah, in ok. Are you?"

"I'm fine," she said dismissively. "Are you telling the truth?"

"wow, looked through that like glass did you now?" He smiled "I'll be fine once we get to the forest

She nodded and blushed. "Let's hurry then."

He nodded "thanks by the way," he said as he walked

"For what?" she asked, picking up their bags and following him.

He blushed "defending me, letting me know everything would be ok, being there for me."
