Issac turned to the window on the other side of the room

"You can't ignore me, I'm right here."

"who said I was ignoring you" he said in a less happy but not mad tone

"Your body," she sighed, sitting back down. "Not facing me is an integral part of ignoring me."

Issac turned back to her "then what do you want to talk about" he said

"Mmmm, I don't know. Tell me a bit about you," she requested. "Other than that you race and lift weights too heavy for yourself."

"funny but there's not much more than that besides my quick healing" he said

Eve tilted her head and pursed her lips. "There's nothing more to you?"

"Not really" he said

"There has to be something else," Eve pressed. "Tell me something you've never told anyone else before."

"there's truly nothing" he said

Eve sighed and rested her cheek against the mattress. "If that changes, let me know."

"what do you think is so interesting about me in your opinion" he said

Eve pursed her lips and gazed at him. "You're kind to me. Genuinely kind. Not kind because you want something out of me."

"go on" he said

Eve laughed. "You love the parts of me I haven't shown anyone in years."

"what are those parts" he said teasing her

She wrinkled her nose. "Okay, dirty mind! I mean my adrenaline junkie side."

Issac laughed starting to cheer up a little bit

Eve was happy she could cheer him up, and she gazed at him adoringly.

Isaac's breathing started to even out as his condition rapidly got better

Eve noted the change and rose to her feet so she was looking down at him and her dark hair waterfalled around her face.

"what are you doing?" he asked

"Looking down at you," she purred.

"I know that but why" he said
