"What do you want to eat?" Alto asked him softly, smiling a little.

He shakes his head, signifying he wasn't hungry. Or just didn't want to eat.
"Halo, please?" Alto asked, his voice weak.
Halo sighs softly before slowly nodding. He points to his jaw, meaning it probably hurt.
"I'm sorry…do you want me to get one of the nurses?" He asked, walking over to the bag of things he brought.
Halo shakes his head then winces, his hand going to his leg. It felt like his leg had fallen asleep. It was that pins and needles feel, except ten times worse.
"What do you need?" Alto asked desperately, not knowing how to help his brother.

Alto turned to him and walked over to the bed, looking down at Halo. He took Halo's hand with both of his and squeezed it softly.

Halo relaxes and calms down, taking a deep breath and shutting his eyes. He takes a deep breath and sighs quietly.

Alto glanced over at Alex. "I…i'm sorry…I don't know what you could do for him…"
Alex nods and takes a deep breath. "It's alright." He smiles and sighs softly. "If you both need anything, just let me now?"
"Course. Haloooo Alex is leaving." He called quietly, nudging his brother.
Halo looks over at Alex. Alex smiles and kisses his forehead. "Take care Halo." He says gently.
Alto smiled a little and squeezed Halo's hand.
Halo smiles and squeezes his hand back, shutting his eyes.
Alto sighed and sat down next to him. How are we ever going to afford this?…
Halo takes his hand relaxes and squeezes his hand, sensing his concern.
I could get a second job.. Alto suggested to himself. But then I wouldn't have time to take care of Halo. He squeezed Halo's hand back but didn't look at him.
Halo opens his eyes. "Alto… I have a piggy bank in my room. I've been saving for a year…" he says softly, shaking his head. "It was gonna be saved so we could travel… but…" He groans softly.
"Really? You want to use the money?" Alto asks, looking over at him, a little surprised.
Halo nods and smiles. "I don't want you stressing over financials."
“Thank you.” Alto sighed, laying down next to Halo, his head next to Halos chest.
Halo nods and carefully wraps an arm around his brother, sighing quietly. He shuts his eyes, trying to think.
“You sleep too much.” Alto laughed, resting his head on Halos chest.
"Mmm. It's all the medicine… And the sickness." He mumbles, smiling a little.
"Yeah I know…" Alto sighed quietly. "Just try and get batter."
Halo squeezes his shoulder gently before sighing quietly. "The doc says most cases only last for a few months. So… It's not permanent."
"I still don't like you looking like this.." He frowned.
Halo chuckles. "I'll be back to my old self, just you wait." He replies, resting his head on his brothers.
