Cory's heart jumped but he fought back.

Marlee was a little surprised by the fight but she smiled into the kiss.

After a few minutes, he broke away and sighed, "Wanna make the cookies now?"

"Yes. Uh, that wasn't to much was it? I don't want to make you uncomfortable." Marlee asked, grabbing the ingredients and a bowl.

"No, it's fine I enjoyed it," He smiled at her and started mixing the ingredients.

"Okay, I enjoyed it as well." Marlee returned his smile and pushed a piece of hair behind her ear.

He smiled as well, he looked at the mixing bowl, "We're ready to cook."

"Yeah, just one quick thing." Marlee dipped her finger in the batter and put it on his nose. She giggled.

Cory was surprised but did the same and moved the bowl out of reach from her, "See how you like batter on your face, shorty."

"Hey!" Marlee pouted. "I'm not short!"

:Haha to me you are!" He laughed and stuck out his tongue.

Marlee was offended and ran over to him. She tried jumping for the bowl but got a better idea. She then jumped on him. "I'm a koala!"

"Gah!" He stumbled and fell, then started laughing.

Marlee went into a laughing fit. "Oops!"

He laid on the floor for a minute then said, "Let's wash up and put these in the oven."

(Time skip to when they eat the cookies?)

Marlee pulled the cookies out of the oven.

Cory drew a deep breath, "Mm, they smell good…"

(OHMIGOOOOOOSH THIS IS SO FLUFFY I LOVE IT)

"Defiantly, I'm so hungry." Marlee smiled.

Cory grabbed the milk from the fridge and grabbed two glasses, “We can’t have cookies without milk!”

(Yes hello, I was taking a much needed mental break, sorry about that.)
"I agree. Thanks Love. Oh sorry." Marlee blushed.

“No, no,” Cory smiled, “it’s okay.”

Marlee pushed a piece of hair behind her ear. "Okay. Are you sure?"

"Yes, of course, now let's eat!" He reponded.

Marlee put the cookies on a plate and placed it on the counter.

Cory took one, dunked it in his milk, and took a large bite.

Marlee watched him in awe. He's so cute!

Cory noticed Marlee staring at him, "What?" He asked

"Oh, sorry." Marlee looked away, hiding her face with her hair.
