Luna continued to bawl as neighbors misinterpreted the scene and called 911. As the cops pulled up in front of the house, Luna saw Hunter out of breath trying to get to her as fast as possible. The cops got to her first and took her to the station where she was interrogated. Luna could barely answer the questions through her crying. They found that she hadn't killed Alyssa, and let her go. Hunter was waiting for her at Alyssa's house when Luna got there. "The police took Al's body for autopsy." Luna guessed. Luna's eyes hurt from all the crying, but all she could do was cry.

(WHY WOULD YOU KILL ALYSSA OMG)
Hunter looked frozen, staring a table a sobbing Luna. His breathing was heavy and uneven and the only thing that came to his mind was the incident four years ago when he hadn’t lost Keira.
Pushing past the police, Hunter made his way towards Luna and wrapped his arms around her.
“Can’t you see she’s already in a bad condition?” Hunter hissed, anger rolling off of him. “Stop bothering her!”
Turning his attention back to the girl, he picked her up and carried her away from the eyes of then police and sat back down, pulling her close. He didn’t say anything, just held her tightly and let her cry.
“It’s gonna be okay, Lune…” he murmured against her hair as she sobbed and clutched his shirt. She sobbed till the police left the scene. She sobbed until it was late at night, she sobbed until she could not anymore and just lay trembling, and Hunter held her the whole time.
I will kill you, Hunter swore, his eyes blazing red with fury. I will kill you just as you killed Keira and Alyssa. I will ruin you just as you ruined Jordan, and I will destroy you just as you destroyed Lune. Just you wait.
As Luna just trembled there with Hunter next to her, she said to him, "Thank you for being here Hunter." she just barely got the words out before not being able to speak through tiredness and shaking. For Alyssa, I'll go on that cruise… even if it's not with Hunter.
Hunter simply hummed, running his fingers through her hair softly. She stopped moving, Hunter looked at her and saw her closed eyes. She had fallen asleep.
Smiling sadly at Luna, she slowly picked her up, making sure she remained asleep before he started walking towards his apartment. He passed by Jordan, who was still silent but helooked worriedly at Luna.
“She’s going to be fine,” Hunter said thickly, enraged. He couldn’t help but blame himself for this, especially if the murderer had been the one who killed Keira.
With that thought in mind, Hunter proceeded to walk to his apartment and set Luna in a guest room.
Luna woke up as Hunter set her down. "W… what's going on?" Luna stuttered as her face turned red. She was on the couch by the time she woke up. "W…why am I on the couch… in another person's house?" Luna starts to panic a little, then, she starts to cry.
Hunter walked back into the room and was immediately by her side.
"Hey, hey, it's okay," he said softly, rubbing her back soothingly. "You're at my apartment; everything will be okay."
Rob had his back to Kenzie's house. The hot brick- probably the kitchen. Inside, he heard voices. he knew exactly who they were. One was Kenzie, the other a husky, low voice; a man named Jordan. He knew him from his last victim. Well, before Alyssa. He was Keira's brother. Rob groaned. This was going to be harder than he thought.
(Somebody kill this bastard)
Luna continued to cry, "Thank you, Hunter, for everything."
(I have another character in mind hehe)
Rob took out a long, black blade. He began to sharpen it against the wall.
Rob grasped the machete when he heard the voices stop. Something was wrong. He slowly made his way to the front window, lifting the knife.
Luna tried to get back to sleep, but every time she closed her eyes she saw the picture of Alyssa.
(I'LL KILL HIM)
"Anytime, Lune," he said, smiling. For a few minutes, he sat next to her in silence before something clicked.
"Kenzie," he whispered. "First it was Keira, then it was Alyssa. You're with me so he wouldn't come after you… so Kenzie's his next victim…"
Ignoring Luna's confused expression, Hunter immediately picked up his phone and dialed Kenzie. To his relief, she picked up.
"Kenzie, I want you to listen to me," he said through the phone. "Do you have a place you could hide? Tell Jordan that he's most likely coming here. I want you both to hide. Do not fight him. I'll be right there, with Luna because I cannot leave her alone. Just stay there, and be safe."
Dropping the call, he looked at Luna.
"We need to get to Kenzie's," he said before calling someone else.
"Mr. Jackson," he said. "I think I know who he's going to target next." He proceeded to give out Kenzie's address. "I'll meet you there in five."
Then he grabbed Luna's hand and rushed out. Within five minutes, he had reached Kenzie's apartment. Everything seemed normal, and when he pounded on the door and then tried the lock. It was open.
He slammed the door open and looked inside, and his face fell on the one person who destroyed his life.
The murderer.
Rob broke the window with his knife, with surprising ease. He slowly stepped into the house and studied his surroundings. He heard the voices upstairs. Perfect, he thought. Nobody will see me.
Hunter slammed the door open and looked inside, and his face fell on the one person who destroyed his life.
The murderer.
At first, Hunter was numb. Slowly he came to his senses and his body trembled from fury.
"You…" he hissed, pure fury rolling down his tongue. "For years I have dreamed of nothing but seeing you dead on my feet. You made a mistake targetting my friends. You. Will. Pay."
(EPIC FIGHT SCENE WOOHOO!!)
(Wow… This got intense in the few hours I've been gone… I'm back now, but I'm leaving in a few hours.)
(I need to fan myself faster because this is getting to intense fans self faster)
(Oh well, at least you're here for now)
When Kenzie heard what happened to Alyssa, she sat on her couch and stared blankly at the wall. She had only met the girl once, and she would never have thought that her life would be ended so quickly and horrendously. Then she got a frantic call from Hunter, telling her to find a safe place. The safest place she could think of was her bedroom, but she knew Hunter would want her away from her house. Where could she hide?
She was in her room packing some things into her suitcase when she heard her apartment door open and glass shatter.
With anger numbing his brain, Hunter could no longer hold himself back. He lunged at the murderer, aiming a punch at his jaw but the murderer blocked it and sent a kick flying towards Hunter.
Hunter ducked to avoid getting hit and immediately kicked Rob's legs (Hunter knows his name because the police told him), causing Rob's knees to buckle for a second before he regained his balance. Rob immediately slashed at Hunter with his knife, the latter being unable to dodge. The knife slashed his chest, the blood dripping down, but thankfully, anger had clouded Hunter's senses. He couldn't feel the pain.
Enraged, Hunter punched Rob across the face, but he didn't expect a kick to his side. He fell but rolled up as Rob slammed a knife to where Hunter had fallen.
Where is that bloody Jackson? Hunter hissed.
(I am horrible at fighting scenes so this would not be epic)
(Lol, it seems fine to me!)
Voices drew Kenzie out of her room. She stepped into the hall and peered around the corner, just in time to see Hunter get slashed with a knife. She gasped, then tried to back away quietly. Catching her foot on something, she tripped and fell to the ground with a loud thump.
(Oh good xD I'm gonna wait for Izzy's reply)
(gtg)
(Ok.)
