Dove was pulled aside by some doctors and was told to go to room 107.

"CAROLINE DO SOMETHING!" Oliver yelled, panicking fully. All he could do was hold Briar close and pray everything was going to be okay.
Briar let out one last cry before another high pitched scream filled the room. Briar let go of Oliver’s hand and leaned up against her pillow, her smile fading away quickly.
“Mph..” was the only thing that slipped from her lips before she passed out.

"I'm gonna faint! I'm gonna faint!" Oliver was freaking out, leaving space for Caroline to do her job while pacing the floor.
Dove took one look at the room and stepped out.

Caroline, who was back from tending to another patient, wasn’t expecting to see what she saw when she walked into Briar’s room.
“Oliver..get me a blanket, Brair could go into shock..and get me a towel for the baby. I’ll cut the umbilical cord..” This was the time for action, not for just standing around.

"Right, right." Oliver stumbled over to a cabinet, grabbing the towel and blanket. He brought them back over to Caroline, his eyes wide with worry.
Dove walked out of the building again and decided to take a walk around the city and stare at the sky.
Caroline expertly wrapped the baby in the towel, making sure it was cleaned off as best as could be. She brought it over to the the baby table in the corner that held all the supplies that were needed after birth. She cut off the baby’s cord carefully before wrapping it up again and handing it to a NICU nurse.
After the newborn was taken away, she trained her focus on Briar, who was bleeding, in addition to unconscious.
Caroline grabbed the blanket from Oliver’s arms and covered her friend with it, hoping she would warm up just enough to keep her from going into shock.

Oliver followed at Caroline's heels, shell shocked. "I just helped deliver a baby." He muttered numbly. "That was a baby." He shuddered, quietly deciding he was never having kids. His hand throbbed from where Briar had almost snapped off his fingers.
The sky was so beautiful today when Dove walked towards her favorite spot to just relax.
呵hahahahaha Dove is so useless right now .
Caroline turned around and looked at Oliver, her brow furrowed in annoyance
“You didn’t really physically help to deliver it, it was pretty much all Bry.”
She gestured to the ailing girl on the bed, who was curled up under the blanket, shuddering. The sheets were still stained with blood, which sickened Caroline slightly.

Oliver took a step back, hurt flashing in his eyes. "It's my first time seeing something like that." He defended himself weakly.

“Well..congratulations..” Caroline turned back to Briar who was finally beginning to come to.
“T-The baby..” was the first thing that popped out of her mouth. She tried to sit up, but struggled to do so.
“Briar, the baby is in the NICU right now. Just try to rest, please..” Caroline smiled at her friend, stroking her hair gently.
“Is it a boy..or girl..”
“It’s a boy, a beautiful baby boy.” Caroline smiled.
