"Okay then, at least be generous and don't make me go broke." He said as he walked over to the counter and got both of them a table under his last name.

"Oh, my dear man, you underestimate how broke I've already made you." she said.

"Don't ever call me that again and I know i'm already broke but don't make it worse." He said as he rolled his eyes.

"Well I have no intention of making it better." she said.

"Why not?"

"Good man." she said, patting his arm playfully.

"I'm not your kid," He said, rolling his eyes playfully and chuckling.

"Let's take a look at the menu." she said, opening up a gold-embossed menu.

"Okay, Mrs.Sassy." He said, opening up a gold-embossed menu and skimming over it.

"Ooh, cake! So much cake." Samantha said as she pointed to the menu. Cake was a weakness of hers.

"Only one, I don't want to dig my own grave."

"I'm ordering all the cakes." she said finally. "Even the shady looking coconut one."

"Noooooo, you can only but all of them if you're paying for them."

"Hey, you did say you were paying." Samantha reasoned.

"Not if you're going to make broke as hell," He said.

"Oi! You're not allowed to break promises." she said. "I'll share."

"I didn't promise I was going to pay for all of it!"

"Yeah you did."

"No I didn't."

"Yes you did. I'm getting all the cakes."

"No, you're not getting all the cakes if you do, I'm not paying for them."
