Tara nodded with a slight laugh. "Don't worry, I remember my first day." She snickered. "I messed up so badly…" She stated. "So, what do you need help with?"

He laughed nervously, "Everything, but, umm, finding the front desk would be a good start I think,"

( They're at the beach hanging out, but now they're about to leave and Nessie still needs to respond to Astra's riddle.)

Tara nodded. "Follow me then." As she started leading him to the front desk, she turned to him. "I'm Tara, by the way."

He smiled and held out a hand, "Darren,"

Tara shook Darren's hand warmly. "Nice to meet you Darren."

"You too, so how long have you worked here?"

Tara thought for a moment as she kept walking. "Hmm…..about three years, I'd say. I also study here. And live in an apartment with my friend Abby(if that's okay) about five minutes away."

"Oh cool," Darren smiled, feeling more welcome than he had before. "I just moved into an apartment a little ways from here,"

"Cool!" Tara answered. "I think you'll love it here. I mean, as long as you love sea animals."

"I do," he laughed, "It's always been a passion of mine, I'm happy to be here,"

Tara laughed with Darren. "I like you already." She told him. "You like dolphins?" She asked.

His face brightened up, "Yeah, they're my favorite!"

Tara's face lit up. "Mine too! You're going to love Emerald, let's get you to the front desk fast so you can meet him!"

He was greeted at the front desk. "Hello darling, you must be our new guy. Full name, please."
Darren smiled, the idea of seeing a dolphin on his first day had made him excited, "Darren Everett Anderson,"
"Okay. Yup here you are, already in the system," She handed him a work uniform and badge, "Enjoy your first day!"

Tara nodded, trying not to laugh. "Come on!" She exclaimed, acting like a little kid on Christmas as she took off at a run towards Emerald's tank.

Darren ran after her after clipping his badge to his pants pocket. There was a spring in his step, this was going to be the best job ever.

Tara suddenly stopped, causing Darren to run into her.

"Oof," He stumbled, "I'm so sorry," He laughed a little.

Tara laughed(slightly awkwardly) a little with him, then pulled him down a different hallway, going a different way to Emerald's tank.

He followed Tara… Well actually he was being dragged by the hand, but same thing, right?

Finally, Tara and Darren reached Emerald's tank and Tara's frown melted back into a smile. She dragged Darren over to where Emerald was. "Darren, this is Emerald. Emerald, Darren!" She said lightly, a smile spread widely across her face.
