He pulled back and looked at her. “Are you alright?” he asked gently.
" just in alot of pain " She said
He nodded a little. “Do you want me to get you some painkillers?”
She nodded
“Alright, darling.” he nodded, lightly kissing her cheek. “I’ll be right back.” he promised as he carefully stood up.
She nodded closing her eyes
He smiled a little and walked slowly to their bathroom to get the painkillers for her.
Tyler looked at her
Lysander leaned against the counter as he reached for the pills.
There was a loud crash downstairs and Betty looked terrified
Lysander jumped at the noise, stumbling when he accidentally put too much weight on his stiff leg. “What the hell was that?” he gritted as he straightened out and started limping towards the disturbance.
Jacob had made his way back in the house
Lysander had just made it to the top of the staircase and was carefully working his way down.
Tyler whipped out her phone and called Henry
Lysander gripped his crutch tightly, looking around the room for what could have caused that noise.
“Hey, babe.” Henry answered, a smile in his voice. “I’m on my way home now. Is everything alright?”
"Hey Lysander " Jacob said.
"Henry I need you to come to Betty's There was a noise and Betty looks terrified Lysander can barley walk and Betty has already been hurt today Jacob showed and did a spell and choked her" Tyler said
Lysander jumped a little, turning to look at Jacob. “What are you doing here?” he glared.
“He what?!?” Henry almost snarled. “I’ll be right there.”
" well I heard that woman you call your wife is still alive" he said
"Please hurry" Tyler said
“No thanks to you and yours.” Lysander spat, not taking his eyes off the unwelcomed guest.
Henry nodded, though she couldn't see it. “I am.” he assured. “I’ll be there soon.”
" you can't fight me Lysander you can barley walk" he said
“I can stand on my own just fine.” he smirked, his knuckles turning white around the handle of his crutch. “I have all I need to beat you.”
"You're human now" Jacob said
“So what? It doesn't matter to the people I love what I am.” he said proudly. “Anyways, right now, I just need one chance to get rid of you.”
" I'm stronger" he said
“And, if I didn't know you any better, I’d say you're scared, Jake.” Lysander commented.
Jacob raced to him kicking his crutch and wrapping his hand around Lysanders throat
The crutch separated into two pieces, revealing a sharp wooden stake hidden inside. Lysander gasped when his airway was cut off but he still managed to swing his weapon at Jacob.
" oh Lysander you can't beat me" he said
Lysander didn't want to give up or admit that he had missed his chance but before he could swing again, the shadows in the room grew until no light seemed to be coming in. “Maybe he can't… But I damn well can!” Henry's voice rose in volume as he charged at Jacob.
Jacob dodged it" I will kill your sister and your wife I'll let you pick which one first" Jacob said
