( Sure. They could've all heard him but charlotte was just going to the weilders to get new rings made for her neices. But she could've heard the voice and followed it, seeing as how much she gets distracted)

"Charlotte Evergale" Charlie replied, coming up behind the two girls, gazing at the older looking man.

"I'm Winter," she said boldly. "And this is my sister Penny." Penny stood there shyly. "H-hi. She said quietly

Charlotte smiled kindly at the two girls, her fangs poking out.

Winter smiled back at Charlotte noticing her fangs. 'How interesting.' she thought. She had never seen a vampire before.

"What do you need, man?" Charlie replied to him, raising a contradicting eyebrow.

(Yeah! That name sounds so cool! But I do agree with @Crystalized_Jenna, bringing it to 1-3 powers would be great. Awesome character though ^_^)

(@Crystalized_Jenna, Well, his powers are strange in that he can only use one of them at a time, and he can barely use them in daylight hours, but at night he can use them somewhat, he gains all of them during the witching hour. I can nerf him even more than that if you like.)
