"You're alive! And you don't seem to be hurt at all! Starla, God I was so fucking worried!" Pierce exclaimed, obviously happy to see her.

"Yeah yeah. I can tell you want a hug, you're shaking. Cmon bring it in." She sighed and opened her arms. She rarely gave hugs so this. This was special.
Pierce tightly hugged her, he felt so relieved, "I'm so glad you're alright…but good Lord your hair is, no offense, nasty. You can take a shower at my apartment if you'd like." He said, lightly chuckling.
"Oh gods please yes. I need to get it redyed as well…" She sighed and headed into his apartment. "Woah. Nice place."
"Oh thanks." He lead her to his bathroom, 'And here's the bathroom, go ahead and take all the time you want, you can use my shampoo and whatever as well." He said leaning against the wall.
"Could ya give a girl some privacy? Even if I'm a half pint, still a lady none the less." She crossed her arms, glaring at him abit.
"Heh, Yeah sorry. Just making sure you had everything you needed." Pierce answered and stepped out of the way and headed back down the hall, "I'll make some breakfast if you're hungry, pancakes or eggs?" He called to her.
"BOTH!" She called back, and then took her shower. It felt nice. Maybe having a few friends around wasn't always so bad.
Pierce laughed and began cooking up the food. He loved having Starla as company, she was an ambitious and fierce girl, which made her all the more interesting. As Pierce cooked, smells of eggs and pancakes filled the apartment.
She came out of the shower in one of his shirts and the same old sweats, drying off her hair. "I borrowed a shirt I found on the ground, hope ya don't mind." It was really big on her, practically dragging on the ground. "I get tired of wearing the same shirt all the time ya know?"
Pierce glanced over at her and smiled, "Makes sense. The food is almost ready, you can go ahead and get yourself something to drink and sit down. I have orange juice, milk, and water."
She waddled into the kitchen, and got a glass of milk, and then sat down. "Haven't had home cooked food in a long time…Smells delicious."
"Hmmm, I hope you like them." Pierce replied and sat down twice platters, one with eggs, one with pancakes, two additional eating plates, and silverware. "Dig in!"
She smiled and grabbed her helpings of eggs and pancakes. "Mmm. These are good. What, no bacon?" She smirked a bit, and continued to gobble down the pancakes, easily putting away about 4 of them and a good helping of eggs as well.
"I can make some if you'd like?" Pierce suggested, taking a bite of eggs.
"Naw, but, thank ya." She smiled and patted her stomach. "Now, lucky for you, I'm not going anywhere today. Spending the day in my apartment, so ya don't gotta worry about me too much, today at least. Ya never gave me that hug."
Pierce lightly blushed and smiled, "Well, how about I give it to you now?" He asked, standing up with his plate.
"Hm. Naw. Moments passed, dingus." She sighed, and got up, and was just barely able to put her plate in the sink. She then headed to the bathroom, and came out in her regular shirt. It had aliens on it, and in large purple print it said. 'I Believe.' She smoothed down, and tied her hoodie around her waist. "Thanks for breakfast. See ya around." She then made her way to the door.
Pierce raised an eyebrow and walked up behind her, before she could leave and lightly hugged her from behind, "You're welcome…" He zaid with a smile.
She froze up and went stiff, and glowered at the door, shaking him off. "Don't be goin' all softie on me now. I still don't like ya all that much, but at least I don't hate ya." She sighed. (I was hoping you'd ask her to stay with ya in the apartment for the rest of the day. It'd be a good way for them to connect)
(Ooo good idea.)
He gently laughed and stood back, "One more thing before you decide to leave, Starla. Since you aren't doing anything today, how would you like to just hang out here with me? It'd be fun."
"Hmm. Well. You do have a lot more stuff than I do." She sighed and shrugged. "Alright, but don't try anything funny on me." She walked back in, and sat on the couch. All of her clothes smelled really bad. They definitely needed a wash.
"I won't." Pierce promised, "Do you need anything while you're here? Help with clothes, food, or money?" He asked.
"I told ya. I am NOT a charity case! But. A change of clothes and putting mine through the wash would be nice." She nods. "Thank ya."
Pierce nods, "You can take some of my clothing or I can give you a bit of cash to buy your own. And my washer and dryer, you can use those whatever you want."
"Thanks. Really that, means a lot." She went back to his bathroom, and came out in nothing but his shirt since it was so big. Everything down to the socks needed to be washed. "Do you have something a little more my size, and that I don't feel so…naked in?"
Pierce nodded and stood up, “Yeah let me look through my drawers.” He disappeared into his room for minute and came back out with an old shorter pair of sweats and a smaller t-shirt, “This is the smallest stuff I could find. I hope this works.”
She shrugged, and changed for like the third time in the bathroom. This shirt was thinner, and her nipples poked out. "Now if you were a girl I'd ask for a bra, but if you have a big hoodie that'll work too. Again. Thank you for…all of this. Ya don't have to do any of this." For being so short, her boobs were about a D cup, and often caused her back problems, especially when she was running across roof tops.
“I’ve got plenty of hoodies,” Pierce replied, “Here.” He tossed a purple one that said “New York” in white lettering.
She shrugged and put it on. It worked. She then sat back on his couch, and relaxed. But every time she heard a motorcycle she'd tense up a bit and look out the window.
