One on one? (Closed!)

Alison follows Nico.

Will watches them leave, before taking a breath. "What's the ETA for the things underground, Doctor?" He asks, looking at the Doctor.

"They're going to arrive any second no-" he was cut off by a large explosion coming from around the Dining Hall.

Will stumbles back, his eyes going wide. "Holy mother of Hades…"

"Correction. They just arrived." the Doctor said .

He nods, "I noticed. LEO! Do your thing!" He calls. Leo salutes on top of Festus.

"Bonus point for observation, a rare feat for you humans." the Doctor said.

Festus roars loudly, flying towards the creatures in a flash of gold. Leo inspects the creatures from his back then comes back around and lands. "Obviously earth class, razor sharp teeth sharp enough to cut through rock." He says, hopping off. "I'm not sure if my fire is going to affect those things."

"Has everyone been evacuated yet?" the Doctor asked.

"Yeah, all the younger campers and the campers that wanted to leave are in a safe place." Annabeth answers, hurrying over to them. "Reyna should be here soon."

"Where is Alison? I need to know!" he said in an urgent tone.

(Good morning!)

"She went with Nico. She's safe." He says gently. "I promise. If anything happens, Nico can just Shadow travel her to a safe place."

"I know she went with him, that's why I need to know. She did say she was coming back, and I swear that if she comes back with a single scratch on her…. well, you most certainly won't enjoy the result of that." he snapped.

Will glares at him. "I trust Nico with my life. I know for a fact if anything happens to him I won't hesitate to kill you myself." He growls in reply. "Nico will protect her to his last breath. And you better pray to the the God's he doesn't."

The Doctor gave a harsh chuckle. "I'm not the most easy to kill, you know." he said.

"I don't care. I won't stop until you're dead." Will growls. "You have no idea how much he means to me." He grabs the doctors shirt. "But I know for a damn well fact Nico would rather die than let someone else get hurt. So watch your words when you talk about him." He releases the Doctors shirt before walking towards Annabeth. "Follow after Nico and Alison in case they need backup. Bring Percy with you." She nods.

"I'm used to death threats, more used to people trying to kill me." he muttered, walking back inside the TARDIS. "Got to recalibrate the thermo-couplings anyway." he said to himself.

Will looks at the creatures. They seemed to be contained for now. "We need to figure out a weakness… Leo! Take Festus and see if you can spot any weaknesses!"

Alison decided to run back into the battle. "Hey, Will, have you seen the Doctor?" she asked.

Will looks towards her. "Where is Nico?" He asks, grabbing her shoulders gently. "As for the doctor he's in the TARDIS."

"He's still helping the others evacuate. Don't worry, I didn't let anything happen to him." Alison smiled.

Will nods. "Thank you." He lets her shoulders go. "He's waiting for you."

"I don't doubt it." she chuckled, opening the TARDIS doors and stepping inside.

He nods and watches as Leo swoops around the creatures. He sighs softly then shrieks when he almost runs into Nico. "What are you… Nico!" Nico shrugs. "Everyone is evacuated. I came to fight with you." Will sighs and shakes his head.

"Alright, shields are ready when you are. They function both as protection and as weaponry since when activated they send out a blast emitting out roughly one square mile, which could stun most beings for a few hours." the Doctor said.

Will nods. "Nico…" Nico gives him the death glare and he sighs. "Fine." He looks towards the doctor. "Thank you."

"You shouldn't thank me, people never do. Either way, never was one to accept gratitude either way. Now, shields." he said. "Need to get the timing right or it won't have any effect."

He nods. "Leo, get back here!" Festus zooms back towards them. Leo lands. "Any weaknesses?" Will asks.

"Yes, knowing their weaknesses can be useful." the Doctor said.
