Will and Nico look up at her. "It's not like we know what's going on either."
One on one? (Closed!)
"Yeah,.I know that, but I just wish I did know!" Alison groaned.
They chuckles softly.
"What? What's so funny?" Alison asked, her tone slightly harsher than intended.
"Nothing, we just know how you feel." Will answers.
"Glad you can relate, that doesn't make the situation any better." she said. "I'm sorry. I just wish I could figure out what to do. I feel alone here than I've ever felt in my life. I don't know what to do."
Nico nods. "Why don't you talking to us? Maybe we can help."
"No, it's fine." Alison said. "It doesn't matter."
Will shrugs and returns to his book.
"I don't think I could ask the Doctor about it. He doesn't like to talk about stuff like this but maybe… okay, in second thought, hell no. Plan scrapped. Not even as a last resort. Just no." Alison said. She was thinking aloud again, a nasty and inconvenient habit of hers that she really needed to get rid of.
Nico and Will watch her, and they look at each other. "We should probably head back." Will whispers. Nico shakes his head. "CHB will be fine without us."
Alison decided not to comment. She decided Will and Nico could figure out what they wanted to do on their own.
Will shakes his head. "I'm head healer." He says softly. "I need to be there in case of any casualties." He shakes his head.
"Will, if you need to go, it's fine. I can let the Doctor know whatever you decide." Alison said.
Will looks up, then looks at Nico. "No, we can stay." He says softly.
"I want what's best for both of you. I think you might want to give it a little time. Just take as long as you need to think about things."
Will and Nico share a glance. "we'll stay a little longer. Then we need to return home." Will says softly.
"That sounds like a good compromise. We could swap numbers, if you want? I mean, to call each other on our mobiles, chatting. I guess. Sorry, I probably sound like an idiot, don't I?" she asked.
(Are you still here?)
"Sure, I guess." Nico says, smiling a little. Will shakes his head, "You sound fine."
"Cheers, mate. Anyways, speaking of compromises, I just had an idea." Alison said. "It will either end really well, or really badly. Hopefully well." she said.
"Alright, what is it?" Will asks, perking.
"Oh, nothing. Just an idea." she said. "I was just thinking it might be time for me to talk to the Doctor's robot." Alison said. "I dunno. Probably not now, though. I'm just… I'm still wondering why my brain thinks it's a good idea to do this, honestly."
Will and Nico share a small look of curiosity.
"I'm debating on whether or not to reconsider at this point." she added.
Will chuckles softly and smiles, "Is that so?"
"I'm not the most excited to chat with an evil robot, you know!" Alison retorted.
Nico nods. "That's understandable."
"I know I need to do it though, that's the main problem."
He chuckles softly.
