One on one? (Closed!)

Will and Nico nod happily.

Alison lead them back into the TARDIS excitedly. "Ah, Miss Cheney, Doctor, who have you brought back with you this, as you have an ever so annoying habit of bringing in new arrivals." the Master said.

"Hello master. Glad to see you back on your feet." Will says cheerfully.

"Who is this? My dear Doctor, please explain to me what in tarnation is going on." the Master said. "Oh, it's nothing, I just was talking about you as we were coming in. Will, Nico, I just need to, er, have a private chat with you." the Doctor said nervously.

Will and Nico nod.

The Doctor takes both boys off to another room, the walls lined with electric guitars for no apparent reason. "Listen, he's not going to remember you. He lost the last four months of his memory, there were some issues while I was repairing his mind and…" the Doctor trailed off. "Alison has been with us for five months, so he remembers her, sort of, and his memory was still a bit spotty either way, so I was able to blame it on the aftereffects of this incident we had with a psychic vampire a while back. Well, the deactivation and mild amnesia, I can't exactly tell him he lost four months of his memory." the Doctor explained sheepishly.

Will nods, "Percy went through something like that." Nico punches his shoulder, then looks at the Doctor. "We understand."

"I don't see it as that big of a problem, either way. I've deleted parts of his memory before, I don't think it's much different now. Anyways, I suppose that we've been here for a little while too long, let's get back to Alison and the Master, he's probably missing me already. The way he worries you'd think he hadn't tried to kill me most all of his life and actually managed to kill me once." he chuckled.

(Yeah, sorry. I just got back from my brothers funeral.)

Will and Nico nod in understanding before looking at each other.

(I'm so sorry for your loss, I can't even begin to think how that must feel for you… wanna talk about it?)
The Doctor walks back to the console room. "So, where were we? Ah, yes, Cheem, meteor shower!" he said loudly.

(Not at the moment)

Nico and Will walk after him, humming softly.

(I hope you'll be okay… I'm here for you if you do want to discuss it, obviously.)
"I've already set the destination and landed her." the Master offered. "Interesting to see you're in such a helpful, not condescending mood today. Who are you and what have you done with my android?" the Doctor asked sarcastically. "Also, I don't believe you really had us take off. She didn't make the noise." he added. "What noise?" the Master asked, not looking up from the TARDIS console. "The vwroopy noise, you know what I mean." the Doctor said. "TARDISes don't traditionally make that noise, the brakes just keep sticking. Especially in Type 40 models. It's only a matter of leaving the brakes on or not, dearest Doctor." the Master explained. "Oi, I like that noise, it's a brilliant noise." the Doctor protested. "You have a meteor shower to attend, I suggest you do so. And remember-" "I know, I know, don't offend the locals, refrain from liberating the ones in need of liberation, don't interfere in historical or political events, and don't accidentally cause any wars. Got it. You be good too, Master. Don't try and hypnotize anyone while I'm gone!" the Doctor said, dramatically stepping out. Alison hurried after, dragging along Will and Nico. After a few moments of silence, the Master looked skyward and sighed. "Kids these days." he muttered.

Will and Nico laugh a little as they are dragged out. "How have you been Alison?" Will asks, "Along with the doctor and Master? Are you all doing well? Nothing really bad happened at all? No one died or severely injured?" Honestly, Will sounded a bit like a mother.

Alison decided not to answer this question. "So what's new with you two?" she asked.

"You're avoiding my question." Will's reply came quickly, but it was filled with obvious concern.

"Yeah, ever considered that there are some questions I'd rather not answer?" Alison said, a little more harsh than intended.

Nico places a hand on Will's shoulder as he winces slightly. Nico knew Will was sensitive since a recent event, and he understood that Alison didn't want to talk about it.

"Listen, let's just enjoy this and not think about… negative topics." Alison said. The Doctor lead them to a clearing, where the sky was lit up with white-hot lines streaking across it, hundreds more stars in the sky than you'd normally see on Earth, blues and greens and purples and reds making up a magnificent nebula in the sky, the perfect backdrop for such an event. Alison took her duffle bag off her shoulder, opening it and spreading a slightly ragged but comfy quilt on the ground and pouring cocoa out of a thermos, sitting down. "This is amazing." she whispered, as if speaking aloud would be a disruption to the awe-inspiring display.

Nico and Will watch, Nico's head resting on Will's lap as they watch the sky. Will smiles faintly, sighing in delight. Nico watches with dark orbs that occasionally glance at Will with gentle eyes.

"Doctor, sit down." Alison said, patting the right side of the quilt. "Alright." he obliged, sitting down by Alison. They watched as meteors fell, the sky ablaze with brilliant lights.

Will soon stands, gently moving Nico's head off his lap. "I'll be back in a minute." He says softly. Nico nods, "Do you want me to come with you?" Will shakes his head and smiles weakly. "I've got it."

"Just be back soon, alright? Don't get lost!" Alison said.

Will gives a weak wave before walking off. Nico's eyes are filled with concern as he watches his boyfriend leave.

"Jelly baby?" the Doctor asks, holding out a small white paper bag with small candies in it to Nico and Alison. "Absolutely." Alison said, taking one. "You, Nico? They're actually pretty good as sweets go." she said.

Nico nods and smiles a little, "I'll take some." he says softly.

(Good morning! Sorry I didn't respond, I (for once, insomnia sucks) fell asleep.)
"Well, don't be shy, go ahead and have one." he said, holding out the bag of candies.

Nico nods gratefully, nibbling on it and perking. "This is really good."
