(Why?)
Other School RP (Private RP)
(I made some plans for DareBear that can’t executed until Camie comes back and its making me … Ahhh)
(AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH)
(Death. Actual anxiety)
(Lol….. Can I ask about the plans?)
(They aren’t so bad. Hopefully no one will die. Just sleep)
(……………….Whom?)
(Can’t ruin the surprise. Lol)
(Oh shizzle. Should we continue on here?)
(Sure)
Michael and Michelle hopped off the stage. Michael looked at the sheet, "Leon get up there you get to be her Romeo. We're using the balcony scene for auditions."
Leon shrugged and started walking up there, "Do we get scripts?"
"On the stage up there. One for Romeo, one for Juliet."
Delilah looked around in worried confusion, "Wait, I'm auditioning, like, right now?"
Brendon rolled his eye. The girl was sporty and sweet, but not really the brightest. "Not the sharpest knife in the drawer, huh?" He mumbled under his breath, continuing his drawing.
Michelle smiled to her, "Yep! Your here sooooo."
Michael grinned, "This is how we do things here."
Delilah found it a little difficult not to be rude to these two despite her usually kind attitude, the seemed to push the right buttons on her temper, "Okay," She hoped up and got a script.
Leon looked to her with a sigh, "Sorry about them. Normally its just the kids in class who are in the play so we just hold auditions during class. We have to get through them quickly so its normally pretty rapid fire."
"Right, understood," She smiled at him, "Shall we?"
Leon nodded with a smile, "We shall. Good luck."
"Thanks, I might need it," She laughed.
Leon grinned at her. He stepped away and looked to her to start reading the script.
Brendon mouthed along with the script. He'd done Romeo and Juliet a thousand times. He knew all the words by heart.
(….But the scripts different to match the theme.)
Delilah began to read through making sure she met as much eye contact with her scene partner as she could along with projecting and using her stage voice. She had done this before, no big deal right?
(He's saying the original script. They're saying their version.)
(Okay.)
Leon responded in his stage voice. His eyes never seemed to leave hers, and if they did it was only for a moment to read the script. He had entered the character of this demon Romeo.
Delilah entered her character too, she tried to find the ways that she and her character were alike and cling to that versus how they were different. She really tried here, she cared more than she thought.
Leon had to keep himself grounded. Him and this Romeo shared a common grounds that made it difficult for him to discern one from the other. The scene wrapped up and he let out a slight sigh, he was proud of that.
Delilah nodded, she felt satisfied with it, hopefully, the others felt the same way.
Leon took a quick bow and hopped off the stage. He sat in the seats as Michelle called out, "BRENDON AND CAIRE!"
Caire jumped at Michelle's loud voice, but got onto the stage. She had studied the script whilst in her seat and had memorized a large portion of the first scene. She began acting out her part.
