put me back together (one on one/closed)

Bastian nuzzled his cheek before sitting up a tad. "Do you want ice cream? I've got some in the freezer," he offered

"Sure." Halo perks before scrambling to the couch. Avie was sleeping when he leaped onto the soft cushions. She barks angrily before easing and falling back to sleep.

Bastian couldn't help but laugh a little when Avie barked at Halo. "Poor grumpy girl," he cooed, giving her a few pets before getting up and getting the ice cream

Avie opens one bleary eye at Bastian, licking his hand feebly before going back to sleep. Halo chuckles and smiles at the two.

Bastian chuckled a bit when Avie licked him, thinking it was adorable. He got the ice cream and some bowls and spoons out before setting them out on the table by the couch

Halo looks at the other as he comes back with the icecream. He perks instantly.

"Help yourself," Bastian hummed, setting the tubs down before going off to the bedroom. He returned a moment later, grinning as he had Monty now wrapped around his neck

Halo was happily eating ice cream when he saw Monty. "Hey monty." He says happily, gently running a hand along his scales.

Monty perked and nosed Halo's hand in response. Bastian grinned even more at how happy the snake seemed to be to see them

Halo chuckles and gently 'booped' Monty's nose. "I'll go get the mouse."

"Sounds good," Bastian answered before sitting down on the couch. He stroked Monty happily, and the snake nuzzled his cheek in response

Halo walks into the kitchen, grabbing the mouse and then heating it up. He returns to the living room and smiles. "One dead mouse?"

Bastian hummed and nodded before setting Monty down on the table. He wiggled a bit, seemingly wanting to get back to Bastian. Avie, now jostled awake, gruffed softly and leaned forward, nosing him curiously

Halo places the mouse in front of Monty and picks Avie up. She licks his nose before going back to staring at Monty.

Monty gulped the mouse up in one go, and Bastian laughed a little as he then began to wiggle towards Avie

Halo set Avie down and she sniffs curiously at Monty.

Monty booped Avie, and he jerked back at first before deciding to try and slither up Avie's snout

Avie jumps back when she's booped before sniffing around Monty.

Monty flicked his tongue out at Avie, trying to get on top of her. Bastian laughed and picked Monty up, setting him on top of Avie

Avie just lays down and looks up at Monty.

Monty slithered around on Avie’s head before settling curled like a little hat on her head

Halo laughs softly as Avie holds still making sure Monty doesn't fall off.

Bastian grinned widely at the sight. “Aww, he likes her,” he cooed. Monty poked his tongue out a bit as if to agree

Avie wags her tail. Halo coos. "They're so cute."

"Yeah, but we'll have to put Monty up in a bit so he can digest that mouse. But for now we can let them be cute," Bastian chuckled

Halo nods and smiles as he leans against Bastian. "I love you." He mutters happily.

"Angel, you've said that a thousand time today and I don't think I'll ever get tired of hearing it," Bastian hummed, grinning as he leaned against Halo as well

Halo laughs gently. He earned a sly grin. "You know what I realized?" He suddenly tackles Bastian, tickling him.

Bastian had jerked a bit when he was tickled, but he quickly began laughing and squirming on the floor. "D-Damn it, I'm not even that ticklish, it's not fair!"

Halo grinned. "Payback!" He cries, laughing like a Maniac.
