Bastian just made a small noise as he buried his face in Halo's shirt. He smiled when Halo ran his hand through his hair, enjoying the feeling

Halo smiles and watches as Avie curls up by his side. He chuckles and runs a hand along her spine and through Bastian's hair.
Bastian smiled and cuddled Avie to his chest so that they could all be in one big cuddle pile. He nestled his face in her fur, enjoying the attention
Halo laughs, "Honestly I wish I had my phone at the moment. I'd love to take a picture of this."
Bastian made a noise that sounded vaguely like a muffled "Nuuuu" as he cuddled Avie
Halo chuckles, continuing to love on the two.
Bastian grinned and basked in the attention, nuzzling Avie's fur
Halo smiles before looking at the clock. "Do we have to work today?" He mutters, before looking down at Bastian.
Bastian shook his head. "Weekends are free," he mumbled before returning his attention to trying to go to sleep
Halo nods and smiles a little, shutting his eyes.
Bastian was quickly snoring softly, the noise muffled by how his face was pressed into Avie's fur
Halo smiles, his eyes glinting in the light. He kisses Bastians forehead, or at least what he could see before resting.

Bastian made a small noise when Halo kissed him, smiling in his sleep as he laid there. He felt completely at peace

Bastian awoke to his phone ringing in his pocket. He groaned and grabbed it to see who it was, intending on not answering. But his eyes widened a tad when he recognized the caller ID. He answered the phone before putting it up to his ear
Halo was still resting against Bastian happily, running a hand through his hair.
Bastian winced as someone immediately began to shout at him over the line. He just nodded along to whatever was being shouted before groaning. "Okay, okay. Be there tonight," he said before hanging up the phone
Halo looks at him. "What's wrong?" He asks softly.
"Some asshole thinks I didn't pay him for a race last week. Wanted me to pay for his tires since they got blown out when he rolled over some other guy's part when he raced me," Bastian grumbled
Halo rolls his eyes and kisses his cheek. "Should I come with?" He asks gently, nuzzling the other.
"No, it's probably going to get messy. Guy's been trying to fuck with me for weeks now, I'm just gonna take care of it today," Bastian said as he rubbed at his eyes with a sigh
Halo nods and kisses his forehead lovingly.
Bastian smiled a bit when Halo kissed his forehead. "I guess I've gotta go get dressed. You stay at the apartment, I'll be back in about an hour," he said before getting to his feet
Halo nods, smiling a little at Bastian. "Love you." He says happily.
"Love you too baby," Bastian called before going into the bedroom

The house was quiet as Halo read, one hand absently petting Avie.
There was a thud from behind the front door, and Bastian stumbled in. He looked awful, with a split lip and a few shallow gashes across his face. He was bruised noticeably, and he looked angry as he limped into the kitchen
Halo looks up then takes a retake. "Bastian." He gets up, rushing to the other. "Oh my God, what happened?"
