Bastian groaned and nudged Avie, trying to get her to go back to sleep
put me back together (one on one/closed)
Avie refuses, continuing to lick her owner.
"Avie," Bastian groaned, nudging her so she would quit squirming
She whines and licks him again.
Bastian groaned again and cracked an eye open. "What do you want, girl?" he mumbled
Avie barks quietly, wagging her tail.
"That doesn't help any," Bastian grumbled as he gave Avie a look
Avie whines and hops off Bastian, grabbing something from the floor then offering it to him. It was her rope toy.
Bastian raised a brow at the toy. "You want to play fetch? Right now?" he asked, one hand rubbing at his eyes tiredly
She wags her tail and gives a muffled bark.
"Okay, okay," Bastian grumbled. He reached for the toy sleepily, obviously not awake
Halo still slept despite the two. Avie wags her tail and sets the toy on Bastians chest.
Bastian took the toy and threw it a bit weakly across the room. He wanted to go back to sleep, but Avie was obviously having none of that
Avie leaped off him and chased after the toy. Halo shifts in his sleep.
Bastian took the opportunity to lay back down, not wanting to get back up
Avie grabs thr rope then pounced onto Bastian, wagging her tail.
Bastian grunted when he felt Avie jump onto him. He laughed a little and took the toy before tossing it again
Avie repeated, wagging her tail as she fetches then returns the rope.
Bastian smiled and grabbed the rope, tossing it again a little farther so that Avie would have to take a little longer to get it
Avie zooms after it. Halo wakes up, groaning softly.
Bastian made a small noise as he tried to somehow will them both back to sleep through just thinking about it
Halo looks down at Bastian and smiles sleepily. "Hey handsome."
Bastian returned the smile with a small, dorky one of his own. "He gorgeous," he murmured before leaning up just enough to peck Halo's nose
Halo laughs softly and nuzzles the other gently. Avie barks and licks Halo's cheek before placing the rope toy on Bastians chest.
Bastian gave the toy a look before giving an exasperated sigh. He took it and tossed it across the room again before yawning
Halo laughs a little and kisses his forehead. "Still tired baby?" He asks, nuzzling the other. Avie lost interest in the toy and decided to start sniffing around the apartment.
Bastian nodded and shifted to bury his face in Halo’s shirt in an attempt at blocking out the light
Halo smiles and holds the other, kissing his cheek.
Bastian smiled dorkily at the kiss, but he buried his face further in Halo's shirt to hide the small blush that rose to his cheeks
Halo chuckles as he holds the other. "Honestly, you are adorable." He mutters, running a hand through his hair.
