@blue_topaz

(thanks!)

River turned to regard the boy coldly. "What did you do to her?!", she asked sharply, ignoring the terrified girl behind the bear.

@blue_topaz

(oh, and my bad, River also wears a tarnished silver ring with a small blue crystal on her right ring finger, from her great-great-great-great grandmother, a family heirloom.)

@Oakie Dokie

"Why the hell don't you ask what she did to Callie!!" Pine retaliated, red with anger and embarrassment.

@blue_topaz

River turned quickly to the girl, who must be Callie. "Does she look hurt to you?!", she snapped. "She's sitting right next to a fricking funnel-web spider nest! The bear was trying to warn her, idiot!"

(River is super aggressive sorry)

@Oakie Dokie

"Well I'm sorry that I 'hurt' your precious black bear. Maybe next time, you'll watch it better. Honestly, you really think anyone would notice that when a giant-arse bear was looming over them? Maybe next time you see a bunch of battered and scared-shietless plane crash survivors, you could warn them you have a bear for a pet."

@Oakie Dokie

(it's fine, Pine is super sarcastic :P)

@KalamariCakes

Mr. Nikolas threw his hands in the air. "That's it. I am certainly hallucinating."

@blue_topaz

River glared at the strange boy, ignoring the older man. "First of all, Mr. Scared-(bleep)less, I'm a plane-crash survivor too, and I've just buried the dead bodies of my whole family, so I suggest you watch how you talk to me. Second, she's not mine." River lay a protective hand on the mother bear. "Third, you're standing pretty close to that web. Those spiders are pretty venomous."

@Natasha

Cassie rolled her eyes, hearing the shouting from where everyone else was. She cupped her hands over her mouth and shouted, "Hey! Listen to the girl you idiots!! And bring your fight over here where I can see you!"

@Oakie Dokie

Pine rolled his eyes and stamped on the spiderweb. "There. Better? Don't tell me how to be." He stomped away angrily, aware he was making more of a scene than what was needed but not caring anymore. God, I oughta go back there and beat some sense into the girl.

@Turzelle

Callie got back up from the ground. She was scratched all over. Thankfully, there was nothing worse than the bruises from the plane crash. But what happened to her friends? She looked back to where they were and saw her classmates, and someone new. She couldn’t recognize her. They were fighting? Pine was really angry too.

“WHOA! Pine, cool it! Do you really think picking a fight in the middle of nowhere is a good idea? Especially with someone who lives here and could help us?” Callie took a breath and smiled at the unfamiliar face. “I’m sorry about all of this. I’m Callie. Who are you?” She held out her hand as a greeting.

@Turzelle

(When you’re gone for just a few hours…)
(It was so fun reading what you guys wrote though. I love it!)

@Oakie Dokie

(lol when you're gone literally a few minutes and everything is completely different than when you left)

@Natasha

(The girl as in Cassie??)

@blue_topaz

River shook her head, exasperated, and left the mother bear to see how many people had survived this crash, twisting her one earring and trying desperately not to think about Alice and Willow. She followed the strange boy back, doing a quick survey. The girl, 'Callie', greeted her warmly. "River.", she replied calmly, shaking her hand, insides somersaulting with joy at the prospect of some human company.

@Oakie Dokie

(night guys! sorry for my character being an absolute a hole @TopazWyrmlet~ )

@blue_topaz

(lol! no problemo, I'm picturing several scenes with them bickering)

@Turzelle

“Nice to meet you, River. What were you and Pine talking about, anyway?” Callie asked, trying to be as friendly as possible to the new face. Callie hated fighting, so she tried to give a good impression.

@Natasha

Cassie tried to sit up, but couldn't. She was too tired.

@Mr.Misfit

Lucy woke once more to the sounds of shouting and crackling fire. She slowly opened her eyes, taking in thearea around her. Pine and some other girl were making a racket, Callie trying to cool them down. Cassie sat nearby, lookng terribly exhausted. Lucy put a hand to her side, finding that the shard was gone, and a bandage had taken it's place. She attempted to sit up, finding that she had only slightly more strength than before. Cassie looked up as Lucy rose, and Lucy nodded a thank you, too dehydrated to speak.

Lucy looked at the girl who had been arguing with Pine, "Who would that be?"

Mila

Kirsten followed the group back to camp, eyeing the stranger. River, she had said her name was. She looked very comfortable in this Alaskan setting. She shrugged and introduced herself.
"Kirsten," she smiled.

@Oakie Dokie

Matthew awoke with a start, smelling Steak. "Wha…? I smell Golden Corral."

Pine sat in a tall-as-frick pine tree, watching everyone down below and swinging his legs back and forth. He needed to put a check on his anger before he hurt someone. For once people were respecting him and turning to him as a leader, and the empowering feeling he got from that was too much for him to lose.

@blue_topaz

"Sorry about the bear.", she added. "And I'm nit from around here either. My plane crashed a few days ago." River scrathed her itchy neck.

@Natasha

Cassie sat up. "Kirsten………………………." She couldn't continue.

Mila

Kirsten looked to Cassie worriedly. She knelt down next to her. "What's up, Cassie?" she asked quietly.

@blue_topaz

River stood back, a respectful distance away, glancing up at the annoying guy, who was now sitting in a pine tree. She looked to one of the other girls. "How many of you are there? Where are you currently staying?", she asked, forcing the awful memory of her sisters' glassy, dead eyes staring up at her out of her head.

@blue_topaz

(anyone can answer)

@blue_topaz

(how old is everyone?)

@Natasha

(Cassie is 16.)

@Natasha

Cassie looked up at the newcomer. "Seven, I think." She said, her voice giving away her fatigue. She weakly handed Kirsten a notebook. "Look through this. I need to rest." She laid back down, closing her eyes, ignoring the pain in her leg.
