Leo watched as someone cut an incision into Cooper's neck. He was there with the pens to hold the artery open, lucky Cooper wasn't dead already. Another one moved to use a suction thing to take the blood out. They moved Cooper into the ambulance, Leo made a quick gesture with his head if his sister and the brother wanted to ride along.

Darren immediately joined them in the ambulance, "Neal said he'll be at the hospital when we get there… He can help out your brother and what not," Darren sniffed as he grabbed onto his brother's hand.
