Mari turned to look at Ellis. "You coming?"

"Yep!" Ellis headed up the ramp after Mariko. "Hey, where are Gaia and Conner?"

"They should be around here somewhere." She put her hands on her hips and looked around, even though she knew they probably weren't here.

"Ellen? Seth? You here?"

Mari waited for one of them to respond.

Ellen looked up as she heard Ellis shout. "YEAH WE ARE!" She hollered.

"OKAY GOOD!" She started towards the kitchen, ready to eat some Top Ramen and curl up on the couch, listening to songs that were made before she was born.

Ellis fought the urge to follow her, and instead went to find Ellen. "Where you at Ellie?"

"IN SETH'S LAB!" She bit back the urge to tell him not to call her Ellie, but it might be a sign that they were on good terms. He had been mad at her before the whole possession thing. Maybe he was still mad. She had stabbed him, and snooped through his stuff.

(I dunno, but I'll be leaving for work in an half hour or so.)

Mari rifled through the cabinets and found a nice package of Top Ramen. She heated up some water and placed the Top Ramen inside, breaking it apart with a chopstick.
When the water came to a boil, she took it out of the stove and poured it into a bowl, heading towards the couch and being careful as she held the bowl in her hands, trying not to burn herself.
Mariko set the bowl down on a table and grabbed some chopsticks, a fuzzy blanket, and her MP3 player.
She curled up on the couch, headphones on, soup in her lap, and completely immersed in her happy place. The only thing missing is Ellis. Her cheeks turned red and she accidentally bit her tongue when she tried to eat a noodle. Crap.
