"I studied scars for a while, the way the scars are positioned, the markings, and the cut itself, I mean, correct me if I'm wrong, but it just looks like you cut yourself." Kameo shrugged and stole a look at Morrigan's arm again.
The Andromeda (Pirate RP//closed)
Morrigan stuffed it underneath the covers. “Well, O didn’t. Why on earth would I do something like that?”
"I don't know, why would you?" Kameo leaned down. "Is there something you want to tell me Morrigan?"
( I'm back! )
Leah chucked at his joke and turned towards Daso, her green eyes studying him. She sensed that something was off. "What's wrong. . .?"
"I was just worried for you, darling captain," he tried to convince her. He was good at hiding things from most people, but her unnerving eyes had an odd effect on him. He wasn't sure how much longer he could keep up his cheerful façade.
She wouldn't answer. Kameo sighed and left the room, trying to avoid the Captain so she wouldn't tell him to go to the medbay even though his body hurt.
"Last time I went to Trieste," Leah started, brushing back a strand of hair behind her ear. "I couldn't even hold my sword or walk straight. My crew looked at me for orders, but I couldn't even talk. I know what it's like to go back to your old home. . ."
He walked towards the end of the ship, salty wind blowing through his wet, dark hair.
So she saw right through him. Just as he thought. "…I'll be fine, Leah," he whispered, dropping his comedic voice and taking on a tone of sincerity. "I'll be fine."
The sea stretched across the horizon, water being the only thing you could see for miles around. Kameo yawned and stretched and pulled out a poison, sloshing it around.
Leah stepped towards him, her gaze softening. "If you want to go somewhere else. . . that's also fine." She said softly.
"'Course not," he managed, his hands playing with his bracelet. "It's time I faced my demons. I'm tough, you know!" He joked.
He opened the poison and dabbed it on his wrist to test it out. His skin immediately shriveled up. Kameo smiled, it was working right. He grabbed an antidote and revived his skin, looking over at Captain and Daso. Probably flirting.

NO WAY! Kameo's nickname will always be Chameleon to other people.
( Kam-Kam, that's good.)
"I know you're very tough," Leah grinned. "But, if you ever want us to set course for somewhere else, just let your old Cap know." She leaned over the edge of the boat, looking towards the water.

Of course I am, Chelsea-Friend! Don't forget Scarling, Blood-Girl, and boy who dislikes Willow.
"Thanks, cap," he said, genuinely thankful. He leaned against the boat as well, allowing the peaceful sea breeze and Leah's company to lull him into a false sense of happiness.

( Chelsea-Friend xD )
A salty breeze blew past them, blowing Leah's ginger hair away from her face. She bit her lip, not knowing what to say. Come on Cap . . . think of something. Anything. She told herself.
Kameo walked over to Captain, hands behind his head, "So…where're we going today?" he held up a poison, "I hope it's somewhere dangerous, I made a new poison."
