Joanna ran smack into Kameo.
The Andromeda (Pirate RP//closed)
The people pursuing Leah forced her into a more secluded area of Cielo. She turned around and faced them, holding her sword in front of her. Two charged. Leah spun and stabbed the first, but earned a punch in the jaw from the second. Her world spun, but she blinked out the stars in her vision, stabbing the second man. They crumpled to the ground as a third approached Leah in a slow walk.
"Captain Cardoso. It's honestly a pleasure to meet you after seeing your pretty face everywhere in Dalia." The man spoke in a low voice, full of danger. "What's that bounty on your head. . . 100,000 talents, correct?"

Two of the gang members surrounded Daso suddenly. Damn it. He fired at one, hitting him in the leg, but the second made her way straight to him. Her bullet collided with his shoulder. His connected with her heart. She crumpled, dead. Swearing, Daso hurried back to the ship. Never kill, Daso, his fathers voice echoed in his mind. or you will bring damnation to your soul.
Leah didn't answer and continued to watch him, clutching her side. It was useless. Blood continued to seep out and coat her hands.
"See, everyone wants you. And, I could get a good pay if I sold you to someone." He continued. "It would be easier to hand yourself over, Captain. . . so you don't suffer from more injuries." The man motioned to the hand clutching her side.
Leah scoffed. "Hand myself over? It's going to be a lot harder than that, sweetheart."
Kameo steadied himself, "Joanna? Where's the others?"
The man's expression turned cold and dangerous. He motioned to the three black clothed people next to him and they rushed at Leah. She managed to stab the first girl's shoulder, but the two others slammed her against the stone wall of one of the shops.
"You could have made this easier, Ms. Cardoso." The man called out. "I'll give you one more chance."
Leah grimaced and pulled a dagger out of her belt and stabbed it into one of the men's stomach. As she did that, the man's partner dug his sword into Leah's shoulder. She gasped in pain, black spots filling her vision.
Caelan anxiously stood on the ship, looking for anyone at all.
"Pick her up," The man called out. "I need her alive, idiots."
She didn't answer. Kameo ran back towards the festival, looking for Captain.
"I don't know." Joanna said. "You said run so I did."
(Night y'all. I'm off to bed.)
"Captain!" he saw her being attacked. Fumbling out a few sleep bombs, Kameo threw them at the men and rushed in to save her.
( night! )
The two men dropped Leah, and she groaned as she hit the ground. Some of the sleep bombs fumes reached her, not making her fall asleep, but instead making her drowsy.
Kameo grabbed Captain, throwing her over his shoulder and putting a gas mask onto her face. He made his way back, bleeding in various places and tired from carrying her.
Caelan spotted Kameo coming back with Leah and hopped off the ship, running to them. “What happened?” She asked, offering to take Leah instead.
"Not…good…Caelan." Kameo gasped, still refusing to let her take Captain.
"Attack." She breathed out, slipping in and out of conciousness.
“You’re about to fall, I can carry her,” she insisted as they headed towards the ship.
"Where's Daso. . .?" She asked, barely keeping her eyes open. "Is he okay?"
He climbed onto the ship and dumped Captain's body onto the ground. "Somebody…get me…a glass…of water."
"I don't know." Kameo admitted, staring at Captain.
Leah looked down at her shoulder, inspecting it. It was at least a five inch gash, almost exiting though the other side. She looked up and slumped back against a post, turning towards two other crew members. "Go find Daso. He better come back alive."
“Here,” she said, running into a a thing and bringing out water. “We should get you both into the sick bay.”
"I think he's already here." Kameo pointed at the medbay.
Leah pushed herself up, leaning heavily against the post, blinking out spots. She walked towards it, clutching her side.
Daso heard the commotion and ran out, caring little about the wound on his shoulder. "Leah," he yelled, spotting her. She looked…not good. Tears stung his eyes and he felt like a little kid. He swallowed back his terror. "How bad is she?"
“Not dying yet, but not exactly doing well,” Caelan said, gently putting an arm around Leah and bringing her down the stairs
Kameo heaved himself towards the medbay, trying to pretend that he didn't have 50 bleeding holes in his body.
She leaned against Caelan heavily, groaning as blood coated her hands.
