A bunch of people who had been changed centuries ago, years ago, months ago, weeks ago. Doesn't matter they could have been changed whenever. Though how long they have been a vampire could have affected power and immunity.
Yes, they can't really go out into the sun. But when first turned you aren't as affected by the sun at first though with a bit of time sun becomes unbearable.
They can eat garlic, have holy water and all that stuff. All of that stuff were myths
Of course stabbing them with a stake would kill them, you are literally stabbing them in the heart.
If they get hurt, yes, they will bleed. Of course it will hurt. But won't kill and they heal fast

Also they are functional members of society, other than a low light immunity

Appearance:: He has pale skin with elegant features, thick black hair that is very shiny, he has reddish amber eyes that kinda look like a cats slit pupils. He is very tall and lanky, looking best in the colors black and white.

Calla walked down the street home from school. For the past 2 days she felt awful. The sun felt like it was burning her inside out, but at the same time, not. She had a few blocks left till she got home, maybe like 3 blocks. Calla looked down at her phone and sighed. She had been trying to get in contact with the guy she went out with 2 days ago but no answer. Calla stopped and leaned against a tree feeling completely drained.
