Entire body is made of translucent fur
Dark blues, purples, and blacks. Some small hairs are white, like stars. In the moonlight, hairs outlining the body glow a soft blue.
Horse torso with thin, clawed feet. The toes are somewhat long, so she can hold onto things. Claws are dark blue and are short.
From neck up, its fleshy octopus-like tentacles (5) that come together to form a single neck. At the end, it fuses together and forms a vague face with several dozen purple eyes.
The tentacles can open up, and each has retractable row of razor sharp teeth going down the middle of each.

Has to revert back to this form every 10 days, and stays in this "resting form" for about 22 hours.
She can change back and forth at will, but it takes much of her energy and she thus prefers to stay human.
