Juli was born in 1997 to Melissa and Kenny Tulle. She has a younger brother named Kendall who doesn’t have powers. She discovered her powers in high school (15) when she was babysitting and managed to get the kids to sleep literally immediately. She kept experimenting with them afterward. She graduated college with a degree in elementary education and child psychology. She has great contact with her family and especially her dad.

She dated a bit through high school and that's honestly where she realized she was a lesbian. (He kissed her once and she was like yeah I'm never doing that again). She didn't start seeing or talking to anyone again until she met Claire.

She has a great relationship with both of her parents and her younger brother but just has been busy in recent.

She has no pets but she had a rabbit when she was younger
