Stats
The Warper is very intelligent, having reverse-engineered the Warping Technology for his own purposes, he is also great at arranging deals with his clientele, when confronted with a combat situation, due to his ill-equipped body, he makes use of all he can to stand his ground in a fight, making him a solid 8/10 in terms of Intelligence.
The Warper has a below average empathy grading, as he does not take notice nor care about the Mental Toll his sadistic machinations take on his victims, for this, The Warper earns the ranking of 3/10.
Inner Psyche
- The Warper's demeanor is very calm and charismatic, with a shrill but pleasant-sounding voice. This doesn't conceal his unsettling methods of ambulating, his hunched-over torso exacerbating his digitigrade stance and pronated open hands, positioned like the graspers of a puppeteer moving his puppets, his unflinching dark pink eyes staring into the recesses of any given being's mind, he sometimes assumes a quadrupedal stance, although this only occurs when he is rushing his machinations.
The Warper is motivated by a ruthless desire to expand his scientific knowledge with the intention of using said knowledge for his gain.
The Warper is also motivated to feed his sadistic tendencies via his many abductions of both Humans and Mechanical Beings.
The Warper is prone to obsession, as when Io got away, the Warper refused to let his victim escape to her regular life, opting to instead attempt to reclaim her to guarantee that the method to find the Warper's location is never discovered. This would eventually lead to his downfall.
The Warper also has no contingency plan in case his schemes fail, making him susceptible to impulsive decision making when this contributes to the plan's failure, leading to devastating results.
The Warper scoffs at those that don't have the same intelligence that he possesses, seeing them as people whose state of mind can be manipulated to suit his interest and or people who can easily be abducted by him into his Lair.
The Warper also dislikes those that he believes think of themselves as morally superior; he thinks that they are merely covering for their questionable actions, and that their moral disguise will be happily disregarded once opportunity presents itself.
- The Warper is great at reverse engineering strange technology, alongside his eponymous Warping technology, he has also exploited its capability into creating a Proto-Reality in which he established his Secret Base, his intelligence also gives him an air of charisma despite his off-putting habits, The Warper is also talented in using his Teleporting capabilities, from short range blink-type teleportation to long-range wormhole-type transportation.
Aside from conducting science and fulfilling his sadistic desires, the Warper likes to listen to ambient music as he performs his machinations. His favorites are "I Don't Want To Set The World On Fire" by Ink Spots, Gymnopedie 1 by Erik Satie, and various Lofi tracks.
Needless to say, the Warper and Fetor would probably be great friends if he had more time. The Warper also likes to keep tabs on the outer universe via news, the Internet, and viewing other people in the material world via the Surveillance System in the Distortion Chambers.
The Warper is fascinated by what happens in the "Outer World". He is intrigued by how a decision leads to a moment, which leads to an event
History

The Warper didn't have a desire to fight, and instead worked on the sidelines
Social
- The Warper is agnostic, he has hypothesized about a God-Being existing, creating the Universe. But he maintains that this is purely theoretical, and that this Prescence has likely not paid any attention to the Universe's activities much less Earth's.
- The Warper believes in an anarchist worldview, that all should be able to conduct as they please as long as they are able to do it.
The Warper's occupation was that of a Scientific Bounty-Seeker, after he found the Teleportation tech, he became a Rogue Scientist that took up Bounty-Seeking jobs.
[Purple]

- The Warper's favorite food is a StimBar, a synthetic candy bar that stimulates the Aborium Node with euphoric sensations and chemicals similar to caffeine and a taste similar to chocolate. The Warper finds this very useful for his research activities; on occasion, he just eats the stuff whenever he feels like it.
The Warper's favorite animal is the Megarachne, finding it a fascinating animal, and being amused on how many confused it to be an actual Spider.
When The Warper isn't committing dubious Science Experiments, doing out-source work of that nature, and inspiring/informing others of his discoveries and technology, he uses his Teleportation Abilities to perform Bounty-Hunting, Heist, Army-Teleportation, to perform what he calls "Disappearing Acts" and whatever else his clientele desires.
The Warper does not have a Faction, instead operating alone as a Bounty Seeker and Scientist.
Misc Information

The Warper's color scheme was originally pure black with some grey, it was changed later to be more striking and noticeable.
