While dedicated to doing his job well, he's mostly motivated by helping the friends he's made in various places. This tends to land him in trouble a lot, since he's prone to making dangerous friends.

A bit of a screw up. Lethargic. Often vague. Prone to leaving hints and tips to his secret identity because he likes to seem mysterious. Too empathetic sometimes.

Good at making friends happier. Also quite sneaky when he wants to be. His pikachu characteristics afford him the abilities of the species.

Likes to experiment with potion making. Since he can't learn magic, he has to borrow the magical attributes of other things.

A bit of a bumbler and a fool, he's nonetheless fairly capable and cool headed in an emergency. Sadly, he's prone to lapsing into bouts of depression, and that hampers his decision making abilities.

After a universal collapse, Times was castoff in chronal debris. He was lucky enough to be caught by a Bureau ship that was there on crisis control duty. Sadly, his original body and most of his memories were lost in the tragedy, which is why he now appears as he does. He chose his current body after joining the Bureau's Agents. He was largely brought on as an act of charity by the Bureau's leader, Barivir, and was subsequently assigned to a seemingly inconsequential universe as a monitoring agent. He spends most of his time on an Earth, but and Earth much different from ours.
