Proportionate. Has a tummy? Just barely, he dances and stuff but also loves to eat. Doesn't mind putting on weight, thinks he looks good either way, but dancing definitely keeps him in check with boy-band standards.

Dark brown, chestnut. That time he dyed his hair beach blond was a good year for Ethan, and for Ethan-stans.

Charmingly, purposefully messy; soft; bangs are a little wild but always out of his eyes somehow.

Picks at the hems of his clothes and ruins them. Talks with his eyebrows, they move around on his brow in time with his mouth.
Uses the excuse "i'm a catholic" to refuse EVERYTHING (it has become a running joke). Kicks at the ground, especially when bored or frustrated. Wipes his DIRTY-ASS FOODY FINGERS on his pants instead of washing them or using a napkin.

Accepts that he's the selfish type, and what he really wants most out of life is to be happy and make his loved ones happy.
(A long-term goal that he doesn't like to talk about because it's a bit embarrassing: becoming successful enough to gain steady income/ be loaded financially and set for the rest of his life, and finally asking for Sarai's hand in marriage.)

Ethan has a hard time dealing with serious people: gets irritated quickly with people who are "sticklers for rules" and "party-poopers" and who "ruin the fun". Growing up he didn't often get restrictions on his freedom, and in his adult life he finds it hard to accept limits and boundaries that are forced onto him by others, even if it's simply in relation to their comfort.
Can be forceful when trying to convince someone, especially to do something they don't want to: thinks he's doing it "for their own good" and will refuse to talk to them/ steal their underwear/ prank them some other way until they agree with his decision for them or someone else tells him to "pls. stop".

Singing like an angel (but don't be fooled), was part of the choir at his church. Creating incredibly elaborate pranks and pulling them off fabulously. Putting people at ease with a charming sense of humor and a lovely smile.

Starting Twitter wars (and winning them). ((Seriously, he used to want to be a journalist so that he could go around calling people out on their bullshit, but his pastor advised him to "bring a more positive type of change to the world" with his career path of choice. So, Ethan chose instead to follow his passion for music and now, as a celebrity, can still call people out on the internet and have a jolly good time of it.))

Eating, trying new foods, going to new restaurants and recommending the ones he likes to fans.

Incredibly loyal and the fun-loving type. Very good-humored, Ethan loves to laugh and make others laugh. Confident in who he is, self-esteem is made of titanium. Always down for an impromptu adventure, and is the type to dance along to music no one else can hear. Doesn't let that many people really close, but holds his loved ones very dear.
Though he can come off insensitive, he is always thinking of his loved ones and about making them happy: unfortunately he may go about this the wrong way, and sometimes makes the situation worse despite his efforts.
A huge gossip: doesn't have loose lips per-say, and obviously is extra careful around the media or when the camera is on, but among friends and co-workers he has no qualms about spilling the tea. Likes knowing all the information, and usually has the latest "deets".

(He and his family like to joke that they're "the only decent Catholics for miles around" because despite being very devout they have a pretty liberal outlook and stance on most things.)
Jokes about being religious, sure, but he does genuinely believe, and although his relationship with God is a more private thing, he will openly talk about his feelings and opinions surrounding the topic if he feels his audience is taking him seriously and asking out of genuine curiosity, rather than a reason to mock.

Two years of community college, part of a deal he made with his parents in exchange for the permission to simultaneously work on his music seriously.

Born and raised in Georgia. Has always been a social butterfly, and well-liked, but didn't really connect with a lot of people outside his immediate family and one or two close childhood friends. Has always believed in God's existence, but has rarely asked for anything from her, and growing up formed a distaste for people who expected God to just fix all their problems, an unfortunately common hope among many Roman Catholics in his community. Ethan has a devotion to God as his support system, as someone he believes will always have faith in him, and in a way he views her as a third parent, someone he should make proud with his actions.

Most likely to have a senior citizens fanclub, just old grannys and grandpas who approve of and adore everything he says and does.

• Has a girl back home: Sarai, the Jewish girl across the street. She was his high school sweetheart and they were both lovers and best friends, but it's the classic story of "well we've both got big plans and ambitions and there's no guarantee our respective futures include the other, or that we'll have time for each other'". Neither have "promised" to wait for each other or to make it work despite the distance and time apart, but they're still very much in love and haven't individually dated other people since their break-up. They text each other almost every day.
