Insecure about her appearance (is her beauty all she is?), she comes off as power thirsty, egotistical, narcissistic, spoiled, bitchy, manipulative, shallow and to a certain degree she is but only to disguise her insecurity and to compensate for her apparent lack of a personality, this makes her jealous of the funny and sociable Noriko who can always crack a joke whereas she can never really make friends, she only has minions.

Has an elitist approach to life, often being prejudiced towards those who are poorer than she is. She so often conforms to social norms that anyone who likes something different is entirely alien.

Loud, aggressive, outspoken and domineering. Cece seems vapid and shallow but this is largely due to her upbringing where so much emphasis was placed on the importance of appearance. She is actually very capable, intelligent, strategic and a good leader when it comes down to it, her unsavoury traits such as her talent for manipulation and lying turn out to be some of her greatest assets in the field. She matures and mellows out as the story progresses putting her priorities in less shallow pursuits. However despite her shades of kindness and decency showing themselves more and more she still has a killer mean streak and her outspokenness never leaves her. Unless she is in a position where she has to be careful about what she says she has absolutely no problem taking people down a peg or two when it's needed. It's ironic that soon enough people rely on the seemingly conniving and social-climbing Alpha Bitch to tell them the truth.

Cecelia Bishop was born to one of the wealthiest families... period. She was enrolled in the best private school in the country and was immediately very popular, but at first she wasn't the Queen Bee. Someone even more ruthless and terrifying than her ruled the school and she was nothing but an impressionable follower, she had developed an eating disorder and was always changing who she was to fit her mistress. Soon after one particularly humiliating ordeal, Cecelia's obedient facade cracked like a porcelain doll. She claimed her revenge on her abuser but this left her hateful, bitter and power hungry. She ascended to goddess status in the school for a short period and got over her eating disorder but her father pulled her out of school because the former Queen Bee's father was an associate of his and was threatening a lawsuit. So instead Cece became a part of the new legalised Bounty Hunter program, largely out of a desire to leave her oppressive home life causing her to idealise the supposed glamour of the dangerous lifestyle. She put her newly acquired skills of manipulation and deduction to use.
