Another noticeable thing are his slightly pointed ears.

Always wears gloves and has a love for high quality and expensive clothing. He's especially partial to long flowing, colourful robes, long coats, and suits without the Colbert part. Suits are always dark grey.

His mannerisms change from moment to moment. When he's alone with the group he often takes on the ways of a typical gentleman. One thing that does seem to be constant are his regal airs

since he changes his mannerisms as easily as masks, people often grow weary of him when spending long periods of time with him.
He also rather leaves making decisions to others.

He doesn't hold other people to much value and often views them as pawns for him to manipulate.

He's incredibly good at acting, making deals and winning people over. He also has a solid knowledge base for mathematics and programming. On top of that, he can sorta dance and sing

He likes fixing computers and enjoys playing chess.

He's very charming and calculating.

His words, though they don't do much in combat. Otherwise, any kind of long, thin knife will do.

His history is shrouded in mystery up until the year of 2004. He may well have been the youngest patient ever to be submitted to Morrowbay asylum. On his first day he convinced every patient and most of the staff he was the rightful emperor of all the world. He was said to be so convincing they would have let him go if the director hadn't shown up.
Several months before the apocalypse started Mathias Skalen was brought to the asylum and given the room next to Q. Mathias turned out to be a good listener and rather handy to have around as bodyguard against the other patients who often got upset upon discovering Q had spun them another tale

Q is the first to realise they could probably manage to take over the world so his lie of being emperor of the world becomes reality.

If he returns home, he'll be unlikely to travel the world again

He's inherently a trickster, not a fighter. He'll go with the options that seem most beneficial to him

he wants to roam around the world and enjoy life to the fullest

staying with the same group for a long time is limiting as he can't use his usual tricks which often end in everyone trying to murder him. He needs the group for survival and must be careful of his actions and words as to not lose his bodyguard, Mathias Skalen, and tik of the others. (Especially Brandon Coiro is scary to Q)

According to the doctors, he has schizophrenia, a mental disability that causes a person to hear voices in their head. It doesn't really seem to apply by the exact rules though.
