History
mid year day
Seems to be educated like the royalty of Navin, but it is unknown how she obtained this education in the Dragon Isles.
Queen Sabiya came as a princess of the Dragon Isles, but with pale skin and red hair, does not look like the people who inhabit those islands. The Zaj people of the Dragon Isles call her Dragon's Daughter. A cunning and manipulative woman, distrusted by the other royal families, most of her subjects give no thought, she is just queen, but there is a growing number who distrust her and have seen her wrath. Although it appears she has the military at her back and the trust of her hand-picked Generals, it seems as though she may or may not have the backing of the people. She has sent several warships sailing to the Dragon Isle and beyond the Dakshin coast along the Dakkur Bodden mountains where they meet the Maltan Sea. It is unsure why she did this, as there are no known people in that coastal region.
She believes she is the daughter of King Ilario's second wife, whom he tried to have killed because she did not bear him children. She is actually the daughter of Friar Damien, but she refuses to believe this. She believes it should have been her as the next Queen of Dakshin, despite the fact that rule goes to the next male heir. If Ilario had stayed with her mother, there would have been no male heir and she would have inherited the throne.

Notes
The standard of Madhya and her late husband was two silver crossed swords on a field of green quarters left and right and turquoise quarters top and bottom. When he died she changed it to a single gold sword with a dragon's head on the hilt, on a dark green field.
