Oldest son and oldest child of his parents. His father inherited the throne when his uncle died by choking on his meal. He has had two other wives, both of whom he had killed because they wouldn't bear him children. He doesn't know that the second wife was rescued by the Red Guard and lived in Friar's Gate until she died after bearing a child to Friar Damien. She told her daughter that Ilario was her father, that child is Sabiya. His third wife, Margetta has given him children, but he doesn't know that they are not his, but Lord Tamblyn's.

Doesn't like castle pets. Loves his horse kept out in the stables. doesn't ride much though.

His standard is a large rust star in the middle a field split diagonally of light grey over dark green.
