Alate is a spirited person with a tendency to twitch her wings in excitement.

Alate is motivated by her activist nature. If there is a person/thing in need of help, she will help without question or concern of risk.

Because of her altruistic nature, Alate can be gullible.
Alate is also very fiery, and so her temper can easily be tested.

Alate's largest prejudice is against the occupying race, the Solares, because of their ancient animosity. Alate thinks of them as conquerors and intolerant people.

Alate has a talent in motivating people towards goals. She is very encouraging.
She also is talented in woodwork.

Alate picked up woodwork because it was her father's profession, and so her biggest hobby is whittling and the like.

Alate was educated by Selene warrioresses.

Alate was born six years before the Solare occupation of Selena to an artisan family with deep traditional roots. Alate, along with her sisters, were educated by the revered Virago Pulara, the royal peacekeepers. She was educated in the ways of traditional trades, defensive techniques, select fighting styles, history, and poetry.

Growing up surrounded by a warrioress clan, Alate developed a sense of national responsibility to drive the Solares out of Selena.

Alate has no pets.
