History
The horn first appeared sometime near the end of the 5th age. Kroloss, always jealous of what other gods have, saw others handing out magical tokens to mortals and proclaiming them their champions, and so he snapped the horn off a mountain goat and blew out the first blast.
Abilities
The horn can be heard a great distance, beyond just any normal horn, it may even ring out to the heavens. Who ever holds it gains immense power and knowledge, but at the cost of their sanity.
