Nyx lay curled on the beanbag, shame burning through her heart.
"I mean - I'd learn spells if you really wanted me to -"

"Really?" He said, shocked.

"Yeah. If you really want me to."

"We're start tomorrow."

"All right." She yawned. "I don't want to go to bed…"

She reached out her arms. "Stay up with me, then."

Nyx wrapped him in her arms. "Are you sure you're all right? After… everything?"
