shuichi smiled at the sky, thinking about the others words.

Kaito took a few minutes to look at the sky, thinking of the perfect time to propose. He was growing nervous, worried about if the other may reject, beginning to overthink..

" hey.. you okay?" he asked softly

He looked at the other and forced a smile. "Yeah, I'm okay. I'm great, actually…!"

" you just seem worried,"

"Why would I be….? I'm with you, admiring the night sky, too… I've got no reason to be worried…" He couldn't hide that he was worried despite how hard he tried.

" kai, i know you. whats on your mind?" he said softly

"There's nothing on my mind…" He didn't want to lie, but he couldn't just tell the other that he was going to propose..

" okay." he said and looked back to the stars.

Kaito returned his attention to the stars as well, trying to calm himself so he could propose without it going wrong… He hated how badly he was overthinking the situation..

Kaito smiled before looking at the sky, seeing a shooting star. "Hey, Shu! Look!" He decided that once Shuichi's attention was on that, he's propose.

shuichi seen the star " woah kai, " he chuckled

Kaito took the time that Shuichi was looking at the shooting star to get down on one knee. "Shu, that shooting star was bright, but you shine brighter. I'd like to keep you as my beautiful, shining star for the rest of my life…" He took a deep breath before continuing, calming himself a bit. "Will you marry me?"

shuichi felt tears prick his eyes, he smiled softly, feeling himself laugh a bit " yes!yes i wil kaito.." he said softly

Kaito smiled as he put the ring on Shuichi's finger before picking him up. "I couldn't be happier right now. You make me so happy.." He was tearing up as well.

" i love you kaito," he said an leaned in.

"I love you too, Shu. I love you so much."

shuichi kissed the other, smiling happily

Kaito smiled as he kissed back, the happiest he had ever been in that moment.

shuichi looked at the ring, " its beautiful..:

"So, what should we do with our wedding? I wanna know what you have in mind." He was getting excited again.. "I'm looking forward to the day I marry the best person to ever exist!"

shuichi flushed at his cheeks " i wanna be a winter bride, and ill wear the dress if you want.:" he said with a soft smile

"So, the wedding will be in winter, then. You know, that sounds nice." Kaito smiled. "What's a good month to have it, and how long from now should it be?"

" december, " he said softly
