"Alright." He continued to work once she had gone, quiet. He was silent as he worked.

(Timeskip?)

@gracehustle

(Sure)
It was quite a while before Thesa came back, though she was back by dark as promised. She may have had a few drinks, but they didn’t have a large effect on her, and the only way they were noticeable was the slight slur in her talking. The window she brought back was too big for just herself to carry, and so Harlin and Teagan were there helping her carry the glass pane back to outside of the ship. Even Harlin’s little girl was with them, happily talking and walking alongside them.

@ElderGod-Icefire

Zev came outside when he heard them arrive, helping with the panel. He was silent as he did so, though he narrowed his eyes at Thesa when he heard the slur in her voice. He didn't say anything, though, not wanting Harlin and Teagan to figure out what he was. If they knew, there would be questions that he wouldn't be able to or allowed to answer.

@gracehustle

"Hiya Zev, brought some help back. They're going to stay here tonight and help us if that's alright." Thesa said as he came outside, still helping with the panel as they brought it close to the front of the ship and set it down. They would need to pop out the other one before they could install this one, and that was going to be just as big of a job as carrying this window was.

@ElderGod-Icefire

Zev nodded a little bit. "Alright." he replied calmly. He surveyed the old window for a moment. "How do you plan on removing the current window?"

@gracehustle

She looked up at it and then shrugged, "Just pop it out. Cut the metal around it and let it come out. Then we just pop this back in and seal it into place and everything is good."

@ElderGod-Icefire

Zev nodded. "Alright."

@gracehustle

"Does it sound like it'll work?" She asked, looking over at him and then at Harlin and Teagan as they played and had fun.

@ElderGod-Icefire

He nodded. "It should, so long as nothing goes wrong." He replied.

@gracehustle

"We do have an extra set of hands to help, so it should be fine." She said with a shrug before walking over to the two of them and smiling. These were the only people on this planet she trusted outside of herself and Zev, and she seemed visibly less tense and happier, though part of that may have been from the alcohol.

@ElderGod-Icefire

Zev nodded a little bit. He tested his wrist quietly. It clicked faintly, but held.

@gracehustle

She talked with Harlin for a minute and nodded, coming back over to Zev and relaying the message, "Harlin it alright with trying to get it put in before dark if you want to, otherwise they're going to stay here overnight an we can do it right away in the morning."

@ElderGod-Icefire

Zev nodded. "I can see in the dark, remember?" he replied. "But I will be alright with whatever you prefer."

@gracehustle

"But Harlin doesn't know that, remember? You have to act human around him and Teagan." She replied, her voice having a hint of sing-song to it.

@ElderGod-Icefire

Zev nodded. "Yes. I know." He replied calmly, looking at her.

@gracehustle

She nodded, then motioned to the ship, "Shall we go inside then? We can get this put together tomorrow, and I personally think it'll be good for you to spend some time with people other than me. I'm not the best influence."

@ElderGod-Icefire

He nodded a little bit in return, mouth twitching slightly at her following words. "Alright." he replied calmly. He ran a hand through his hair.

@gracehustle

Thesa gave him a small smile and nodded towards the ship before walking over to Teagan and Harlin, talking to them and laughing at something they said before motioning for them to come inside as well.

@ElderGod-Icefire

Zev blinked, and then followed them inside, doing his best to behave like a normal human.

@gracehustle

"There's food in there, and everything else is in here." Thesa said, pointing out to the two guests where the food was kept and then showing them to the living space on the ship, "Make yourself at home, sorry for the mess though, obviously we're fixing up the ship." Teagan and Harlin smiled and she smiled back, sitting on the edge of her bed with a smile as little Teagan came up and hopped up alongside her.
"Do you have any new movies Thes?" She asked, looking up with a smile and leaning against her, "You said you would bring some more to watch."

@ElderGod-Icefire

Zev was silent, standing awkwardly to the side and not speaking. He didn't quite know what he would have said, in any case.

@gracehustle

Harlin walked off to make food, obviously knowing his way around the place. He cast a small glance at Zev, offering a smile before disappearing into the storage room. Thesa was still talking to Teagan, though she motioned for him to sit down as she stood up and grabbed a small stack of movies tucked away in a corner of the room for Teagan to look through.

@ElderGod-Icefire

Zev cautiously returned the smile, staying still. He didn't know how he would deal with mealtime; he couldn't eat. Didn't need to.

@gracehustle

She really didn’t worry about Zev not eating, both because she was still a little buzzed and because it could be passed off as having eaten before they got there. Soon Thesa was putting a movie in and settling down with Teagan, laughing a little as Harlin came in eating some sort of pasta and making a slight mess.

@ElderGod-Icefire

Zev sat down off to the side, still silent, his hands resting on his knees. His chest rose and fell as he "breathed", and he looked human enough.

@gracehustle

She smiled at the screen and settled in, wrapping her arm around Teagan when she laid against her and watching the movie. As long as Zev wasn't going to draw any attention to his androidness, everything would be good. The scary part would be when everyone fell asleep, or was supposed to fall asleep.

@ElderGod-Icefire

Zev was trying to figure out what to do when it came time to sleep. He figured he would just lay down and shut down mostly, leaving subprograms running to simulate breathing.

@gracehustle

It didn't take long for Teagan's eyes to start to flutter shut, and she mumbled, "I'm tired, Thes." She didn't move from laying against her though until she completely fell asleep against her and Thesa gently laid her down on the bed and tucked her in, knowing it meant she would be sleeping on the floor so Harlin and little Teagan could share the bed.

@ElderGod-Icefire

Zev was silent, though he made it look as if he were stretching and tired.

@gracehustle

Thesa looked over at Zev and smiled, trying to show him that he was acting very humanlike. She stood up after tucking Teagan in, sitting on the floor and sighing as she watched the remainder of the movie and tried not to fall asleep.
