Firiko tilted his head in curiosity, but sighed, noting the ever messy feathers in his good wing. Sighing softly he went to work on straightening them out again.

Firiko looked up at him, "Uhm.. yeah.. thanks.." he said, knowing that he usually ended up preening every spare moment he got since his feathers never stayed straight.

“Good. I just had to make sure.” He drew closer, pausing when their noses nearly touched. “May I?” He asked, his eyes dipping to the other’s lips. “Is this going too fast?” He asked softly. He had many rebound lover’s before meeting his soulmate. Of course they knew they weren’t meant for each other, but the one-night-stands and small relationships were rather fun at times.
Or they were before Marcus ended his relationship with the gang.
