"It's fine if you don't know," King said thinking back to earlier when the positions had been flipped. He kept near Colby and let the villain do his thing.
Hero vs Villain (O/O)
He sighed and leaned into the other, not wanting to be there at that moment. He wanted to disappear. He didn't wan to deal with this.
King waited for a moment. The wait in the room felt suffocating and he had no idea what Colby might be feeling at the moment. He took a breath and looked at Colby, "Want to go outside for a moment?"
Colby looked up before weakly nodding. This place was to heavy. To miserable. He wanted to cry, but the tears wouldn't come. He shook as he stood, stumbling a little.
King stood up with Colby keeping him in his grasp. He could see the villain was about to fall over. King carefully lead Colby over towards the exit, "Okay. Come on let's go."
Colby nods, leaning weakly on the other. He never thought he would rely on the hero to support him. He followed after and sighed softly. "Yeah… Alright…"
King never thought he would be supporting the villain. At all. It was a strange situation, but he could forget the strangest for now. He lead them to a bench nearby and sat them down, "Here. Take all the time you need."
He breathes in the fresh air and sighed quietly before looking at King. "I don't know how to thank you…" he whispers, sighing quietly.
"You don't need to," King responded his voice at the same level as Colby's. He took a deep breath and ran a hand through his hair, "Consider this the favor I owe you for helping me out the other night."
King shuddered slightly at the memory that was forcing itself to the front of his head before he shoved it back down, "Okay?"
Colby leaned on the other. "Okay…" He whispers before sighing softly and shutting his eyes. "I really am thankful though…" He sighed and curled in on himself.
King found his hand running through Colby's hair. It's what he does with his younger siblings whenever their mother was in the hospital, and at this point, it was just instinct to do so when someone was in distress. He gave Colby a slight smile, "It's nothing really."
He leaned into the gentle touches. He loved it when people touched his hair, it always calmed him down, made him think better. "Thank you." he mutters softly, leaning into King. He needed comfort and assurance as always.
"As I've said, it's nothing," King responded with a light laugh. He continued to run his hand through Colby's hair since the male seemed to calm down with it. He took a slight breath and simply enjoyed the moment no matter how sad it was.
He nods and sighs softly as he leans against the other. "Okay." He shuts his eyes, taking deep and gentle breaths. He was absolutely exhausted, worry and fear clouding over his mind.
King kept quiet and he started to wonder if the events had taken the wind out of Colby's sails. He wouldn't have been surprised if Colby ended up asleep, but he had no plans to go anywhere.
He sighed as he leaned into the other. He smiled at the other before he was out like a lightbulb. He fell asleep, comforted by the warmth King gave off.
King glanced down at Colby to see that he had finally fallen asleep. He let out a slight breath and ran his free hand through his own hair wondering what he was going to do now. He was clearly growing an emotional attachment to the man he had to fight on a regular basis, and King was content with that. He was wondering what effect it would have on his future emotional state if he let the bond keep growing. He let out a long sigh and glanced down at Colby once more. Yeah, he was going to let this go where it went.

Pax had barely, barely recovered. He was alive. But he was weaker then ever. People had no idea why Colby, or rather Void hadn't sprung into action, destroying things, or doing anything at all. It was because he was Colby, constantly caring for his little brother.
King had eventually gone back to his apartment to try and go back to normality. It lasted less than a night before the guilt weighed him down turning him into a mess. Around midnight he had gone back at Colby's. At least this time he had his own phone and computer to work off of and keep up in his classes along with his own clothes. Though he hadn't touched his hero costume since that day.
He justified, at least to himself, him staying was so that he could help Colby with the now weaker than ever Pax. At the very least he was an extra set of hands to help out.
Colby was grateful for King's help. He wasn't sure why King wanted to stay there with him, since they were enemies of course. But it made him happy. He was glad to have someone help him take care of Pax.
He groaned quietly as he sat on the couch. Today had been one of Pax's bad days, and he had been up for the last 48 hours. He curled up on the couch, fatigued and hungry.
King had just woken up from a nap in his "room" and put his hair into a low pony to just keep it out of his way. He walked to the living area and saw Colby on the couch. He headed over and gave him a slight smile, "Hey, need to take a nap?"
Colby looks up at the other weakly, giving a small, broken smile. "A nap sounds lovely… But I need to stay awake so I can take care of Pax." He says softly, slowly sitting up and running a hand through his hair. "I need a shower… and a nap." He mumbles to himself, rubbing at his eyes. "And maybe some coffee…"
"I can take care of Pax," King told him sitting down nearby. He kept to himself and looked concerningly at Colby, "And you can go take care of yourself."
Colby looks up at the other before nodding. "Thank you, King… I'll be back in a moment." He stood and headed to the bathroom.
