Alex snagged his wallet and keys, as Jilly put on a pair of boots that Alex found.
Jilly looked up and shuffled over, smiling shyly. “Yes. I’m ready to go.”

Autumn grinned, looking nearly as excited as she felt. It had been a while since she had been shopping, so this would be fun for her! And she hoped that Jilly would enjoy it, too.
