"Well, thats a reli-" Alexa cut herself off when she noticed a small ranch in the distance. "Well, there is signs of life at least."
I need a one on one (CLOSED)
"You go on ahead. I'll stay here, I don't want to be mistaken as… as a slave. I've had some bad experiences with slavery, ones I don't want to repeat." Ainsley murmured.
"Of course." She walked up to the ranch and quickly looked back before knocking on the door. A woman with a bonnet opened the door slightly, clearly not expecting any visitors.
"Um, can I help you?" The woman asked, still confused as to why a young girl dressed in some weird type of clothing was at her door.
"Yes, can you tell me where the nearest town is?"
Ainsley waited for that girl, Alexa, to come back. She didn't feel right here, something was wrong about the place. The air tasted too metallic, the gravity was all wrong. The ground didn't feel like ground beneath her feet. It was probably just her paranoia, and Alexa didn't seem the least bit worried. But it was like someone or something was calling out to her.
The woman pointed down the dirt road and told her to continue going north and she would see a sign that said 'Jonesboro'. When she finished explaining, she slammed the door on her but Alexa didn't seem the least bit phased. She walked back to Miranda, and told her where they needed to go.
"Right. Let's stay off the main roads though. And while we're at it…." she trailed off, looking into her bag and taking out a spray bottle. She sprayed on Alexa some sort of golden substance, and suddenly she was wearing a dress that fit the time period exactly, looking like a noblewoman from head to toe.
"Ew, I hate dresses, or skirts, or anything from the 1800's." She huffed, looking down at her clothes. She walked off towards the way the woman said.
"So, what exactly do you do back home?" Ainsley asked.
"T-shirt, sweatpants, typical boy clothes I guess." Alexa responded.
"How d'you mean?" she said, curious.
"What?" Alexa said while turning back to look at Miranda.
"About the clothing." she clarified.
"Well, I know because I wear it on a daily bases and I know how my closet is organized." Alexa said while walking again.
"Yes, but what do you do? What do you do as work, where do you hang out, that sort of thing." Ainsley said.
I'm down
(Huh?)
dirty roleplay?
ew
Say what? I'm unsure what you're asking.

Romance? Yup. Sexual things? Maybe, depends on what you're comfortable with. But if you want to join, I'm sorry, this is closed.
"Yes, but what do you do? What do you do as work, where do you hang out, that sort of thing." Ainsley said.
"That's a lot of information for me to give you and I don't know anything about you except a name which I'm a bit skeptical about." She said while continuing down the road. "But, I guess I can give you the basics. I work as a intern right now. I'm training to become a lawyer and that's a requirement."

You should know if something says one-on-one and there's more than a page than assume it's closed

"Hmm. I used to be an intern, until my sister got ill." Ainsley said. "I had to find a job that paid better. This one is risky, but at least I know she's in good hands."
"Have you guys found a cure to cancer?" Alexa asked.
"Cancer? You mean that little thing? Yeah, we fixed that ages back. Honestly, it takes like, twelve seconds to fix. I don't see why you 21st century people are so hung up on it." Ainsley chortled.
"Shut up." Alexa told her, she was quite tired of her boasting and just wanted to leave the place.
"Hmm. Sorry. So, what technological advancements have you made as of yet?" Ainsley said.
"I don't pay attention that much to the media but it's probably nothing compared to you guys. We have phones and laptops and spaceships. That's all I really know about."
"Wait, so you mean the Dark Ages? The time of Facebook?" Ainsley asked.
"Oh my god." Alexa said, placing her hands over her face and shaking her eyes. "Yea, that I guess."
