She layed back on the bed closing her eyes
Running Scared
Quincy thought for a moment before asking Becca, "How about we do an exchange? I tell you something my brother probably doesn't want you to know about and you tell me something about yourself?"
" it's a nice thought but I'm a good person I don't want to know his secrets I agreed to marry him.thats all I'm doing you all took everything else away from me" she said
Quincy stayed silent before gaining a mischievous little smile not often seen on the vampire, "I guess, but what if they're not just his secret to tell? I'm his sister, we've shared a lot of experiences."
She sighed, ''before we do that I think we should talk about something' Rebecca said sitting up despite the pain.
"And what would that be?" Quincy asked her curiously.
" when I was fifteen I was attacked by a werewolf I wasn't hurt too bad but I did get scratched on my back the Scars are still there about a month later I was bitten by a vampire but I didn't turn but I grew terribly sick I got to where I couldn't move, Deathly I'll" she said. " But I did get better but it took a long time" she said
"Being bitten and getting turned are two different things," Quincy explained to Rebecca, "You must've gotten your blood drained and having a werewolf scratch still inflicting you probably caused the condition you experienced."
" I just thought I'd point it out in case it happens" she said with a sigh
"Of course, thank you," Quincy responded with a smile.
She nodded rubbing her hands over the small cuts in her legs
"Hmmm," Quincy thought for a moment, "Why don't you ask me a question about anything?"
She sighed " I really don't need to your vampires that's all I need to know" she said tracing the cut on her thigh shaped as a heart
"Oh really," Quincy's voice turned dry at that last comment. She didn't move though her posture stiffened, "All you need to know about us is that we're vampires. Not the struggles we've gone through. Not the happiness we've had. Simply the fact that we're vampires is enough for you to know everything about us."
"That's what I'm saying I don't need to know if I could go back In time I would but I can't so I'm staying here I'm marrying your brother so he can have his power and then he won't care about me he'll only talk to me when he needs me'' she said
"If that is what you think, then I will leave you alone," Quincy stood up and began to make her way out of the room, "Call me if you ever wish to speak." With that she left.
Rebecca layed down curling her legs up despite the pain she didn't care anymore
Quincy continued down the hall and almost went straight to her brother, but, after a moment's hesitation, went to her own room instead.
Rebecca layed in her bed feeling like crap but she didn't do anything wrong she was just stating the truth
(Skip once more?)
(When to?)
(um maybe a few weeks)
(Okay, so when she starts turning or the wedding?)
( i would wait a little bit for the wedding until they start developing feelings)
(Okay, do you want to start then?)
Rebecca walked through the castle halls with some tea held in her hands she was pale like really pale but her eyes were red with dark circles under her eyes she had fangs but she couldn't make them come and go they just stayed there and we're half the size they were supposed to be
James was wandering the castle checking on the staff and perhaps making his way towards Rebecca's room. He knew she would be turning soon, if she hadn't already. He saw her in the hall, looking pale and could see the red in her eyes. After seeing this he made his way towards her, "Hello Rebecca. How are you doing today?"
"Everything hurts it's so bright your so loud…" She looked at him a moment " are my fangs supposed to be this tiny" she said opening her mouth
James looked at her fangs. He pulled at his lips to show his own smaller than typical fangs before letting them fall. After a moment he spoke in a softer voice, "Yes, your fangs are supposed to be that small. They grow when need be. Why don't we get you to one of the darker areas of the castle?"
