Aliana popped her eyes open and realized she was singing. She quickly shut her mouth and went back to humming getting sheepish.

Hatta smiled again.

Aliana gave him a sheepish grin back as she went back to humming softly.

Hatta kept whistling.

Aliana thought for a moment before she asked shyly, “What’s, um, your favorite color?”

"Blue." Hatta replied after a moment. He glanced over at her. "What about you?"

"Pink," Aliana responded after a moment before tacking on, "I think."

Hatta laughed softly. "Why don't you know?" He asked, raising his eyebrows.

Aliana laughed as she shrugged, "Don't know. I've always worn pink, because that's the color I had. So it just grew on me."

Hatta chuckled. "Mm. Alright." He replied, smiling at her.

Aliana smiled back, "Why do you like the color blue?"

He shrugged. "I don't know. It's the sky, the sea, everything." He smiled lightly.

"I suppose it is," Aliana's eyes twinkled slightly with her smile.

Hatta smiled lightly. "I guess blue is just…for me, it's the color of the world."

Aliana giggled a little, "For someone like you the color of the world does make sense."

He raised an eyebrow. "What do you mean by that?"

"It's just your a very worldly person," Aliana responded not being able to put her thoughts to words.

"Ah." Hatta shrugged slightly. "Not really, but thanks."

"At least that's how I see it," Aliana shrugged along with him. She thought for a moment, "What's your favorite tea?"

"Earl Grey." He replied immediately. "You?"

"Uh, I don't have one?" Aliana admitted her voice slipping up higher, "I've never had a lot of time to drink tea and such."

"Ah. Well…favorite drink in general, then?" Hatta asked, raising his eyebrows at Aliana.

"Water," Aliana responded with some thought, "You can't go wrong with water. Right?"

Hatta laughed. "Yeah, I guess so."

Aliana laughed with him, "But, uh, tea is probably a close second."

Hatta nodded, smiling. "Alright. Good." he replied, looking at her.

Aliana gave him a grin back. She gave a little hop, "Yep! Now ask me a proper question."

Hatta laughed. "Alright. Favorite animal?" he raised his eyebrows at her.

"Ummmmm," Aliana hummed as she thought, "Cats. They're adorable. And you?"

Hatta chuckled. "Mm. I like squirrels, believe it or not." he replied with a smile, looking at her.
